Just a small update...

It seems that PD is named Polish Defense for a reason, haha.
According to the official Takara Tomy site, PD is made from Polyoxymethylene plastic (POM) as opposed to Polycarbonate, which is what all the previous MFB plastic parts are made from.
POM is a material that produces considerably lower friction than Polycarbonate, thus producing a 'polished' or 'lubricated' effect.
The decrease of friction is probably beneficial for Stamina purposes, but I am still worried about the 'jumping issue' that was mentioned previously. :\

Light Sharp, Zeus' CEW was made of POM also, along with Battle Strikers parts.

I think the jump gimmick will be a good thing. Since PD produces low friction, there is low stadium grip, so if a PD beyblade is hit, the bottom would hit the sides and jump to stay inside.

I think he was saying that ever since they released Trygle that he wanted to see a jumping bey with decent stamina. He didn't say Trygle had decent stamina. You just misread it.
