Don’t understand 2nd question
Madara gets six paths by absorbing Hashirama’s chakra (or Asura’s chakra) and since he’s the reincarnation of Indra he got six paths.

How does Madara get ten tails?
For the second question: Madara can't become ten tails jinchuuriki without being alive again. And the only way for Madara to be alive, not edo tensei, is Rinne Rebirth Jutsu

I don't think all anime have a manga, but most anime are adapted from the manga. So there are original animes without manga.
