Not with the parts you have at the moment. I also listed how you can make each top-tier, so you should focus on buying the parts you need that I mentioned, if you haven't done so already.

Make Lighting L Drago CH120RF. Put a metal face on it and its top tier. Theres also Storm pegasis 100RF(pretty good). And.. I guess you can do Rock Leone C145WB....add a metal face and its one part from a top tier defence blade.

The three dragon heads are the best mode for L Drago but the Height of Ch120 depends on what your facing.
