yeah, there are tons. Especially on the WBO where no one age restricts so people as young as elementary school kids can get a dip in writing (it ends up bad)
Speaking of which, does anyone bother to go back and fix their writing nowadays?

Another pet peeve: while some people ask patiently for the next chapter, I have pity for people who are harassed by immature people into updating. Does anyone else hate this? Have anything REALLY BAD and worse than the usual ever happened?

I was really bad at staying focused on writing at the time, so after the day I promised I’d post the chapter, I was asked by my audience where it was, and they asked a bit until I posted it.

I got a post on my Beyblade Burst: Diamond Thread, saying something along the lines of "are you gonna even try to write the story" and i swear ive never been so mad in my entire life

To add onto Green, be sure to wait after a while (personally, I go for a day before posting another chapter). Especially when no one responds, when posting your next chapter be sure to wait awhile. Posting too often often merges your post onto your previous one and Im not sure whether people get notifs or not (in my case, I dont see it)

He said he said "Wow your gonna try to write it or something". So it could be him saying "Oh I didn't know you were actually writing it" (I could kinda see where he's coming from since you were just posting the episode names and beys, but idk). This is backed up by him saying something along the lines of "Oh wow could I help". In my eyes he was prob just didn't know you were actually writing each episode (since you were just posting bey and episode names), then when he realized and he wanted to see if he could help you. another side to this is that he was saying something like "Wow are you even gonna try to write it". which is very unlikely imo but idk.
ANYWAYS
If I was faced with this problem I would just say something like, "Look, I know you guys want the next episode/chapter but please just be patient for me to finish it". Afterwards you can just ignore the other people begging you to release it, you aren't obligated to respond to everyone. especially if you view it as a criticism. If you don't respond they'll eventually stop and be forced to wait till you share the next episode/chapter

Id say just leave it to the writer. Its their story. Its not like they wrote something politically offensive or would harm humankind as a whole. Readers should be obligated to speak kindly and with respect, and additionally with clear comprehending. Writers have total control over their own stories and threads, and they can do what they wish
Speaking of such, a lotta users (especially younger ones) dont have good wording overall. It makes things REALLY hard to understand what they want, since most of the messages on fanfics are barely a sentence so the author wouldnt know what. So like, if anyones gonna talk to me or you, PLEASE write something thats easy to read
