Since it's a balance type, It could be a DF type Driver...
About Gyro... Maybe an ES kind of tip in the Driver looks interesting. Bearing Drivers are strong for stamina combos, but, isn't it a little early for a "BD" Driver?
Also, looking at the tiny image, Neptune looks beautiful! Can't wait to see the next CoroCoro issue.

Gyro just sounds like it has bearings.

Exactly, there are a lot more chances that this is a sort of ball tip with wings for downward wind effect.

Noone said it had to be a hole but the name really doesn't conjure much else.
That Right Wide Ball or W145WB sounds ridiculous and defense based but it might just be ridiculous enough to become real, who knows. Actually, a freely rotating ball tip would be something beyblade hasn't been graced with in a long time and that might make sense.

I made a little search on the word Zephyr and I have find a meaning that may help to find out what kind of parts it could be.... I take it from Wikipedia. I could be wrong but it works with what Kai-V talks.
Wikipedia: Zephyrus, or sometimes just Zephyr (Ζέφυρος, Zéphyros), in Latin Favonius, is the Greek god of the west wind. The gentlest of the winds, Zephyrus is known as the fructifying wind, the messenger of spring. It was thought that Zephyrus lived in a cave in Thrace.

looking at make me feel like it is going high defence [sslightly better then odin] but less then Wyvern [due to it's is like to be little bit more prone to recoil then wyvern but with better stamina due to it's shape]
