I've used both guitars and let me tell you, I'd take the GH3 guitar over the RB one any day.

Yeah, no one ever accused you of saying that.
We were just saying that the GH3 controller will work with RB but we also provided the fact that the RB controller won't work with GH3.

Anyway, Rock Band is from the creators of the first two GH games.
Besides, the guitar in RB looks more Fender like, but anyway.
Think about it, you can play drums and carp. I'm getting that the 20th..
