Ok sorry

Well while Hasbro may not seem to care about Beyblade, Corus certainly does. Along with Bakugan, and the new CG (ugh) Babar, Metal Fusion is seen by them as a huge property, and the third pillar in their kids division.

It doesn't have any hype to it outside of websites such as this as well.

"v2008" is the worst name for the first series the online shops imagined. TAKARA-TOMY calls them "Metal", in comparison to the other, called "Hybrid". Metal series, hybrid series.

metal fusion coming to spring 2010 it's so long !

Kinda surprised there's no IMDB page for metal fusion yet.
They've got pages for films that aren't even in production, and this is being released within the next few months.

Old post I know. When I emailed them back last November time I got the same response lol. Actually, the same email word for word lol.

At Hasbro we appreciate the popularity of our products and the excitement of future product releases. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to comment on future product releases.
You are more than welcome to contact us in February when we hope to have the range information to share with you."

Meaning that Beyblade should no longer be a future product release in February.

Who thinks the Tournaments the message speaks of will actually be enjoyable?

I think we have no idea and should not speculate too much.

What?! They'll effectively time the releases. They can't just release everything at once. That would over saturate the market.

Keep looking in the WBO General forum : there has recently been a tournament in London, but there will probably be another one organized in a few months.

Otherwise, the World Beyblade Organization will keep track of official tournaments organized by Hasbro whenever we start hearing about them, which is not right now at all.

Awe, I have to wait for Poison Serpent.

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion - Spring 2010 (Toys) Fall 2010 (Anime) - ??? - Jan. 19, 2010

I called my locale toys-r-us and asked if they knew when they would be getting beyblades in stock.
the person on the phone, said no, what are beyblades. i explained them and he said. oh, you mean battle strikers. then i hung up.

I find that the guy you were speaking to was pretty stupid

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion - Spring 2010 (Toys) Fall 2010 (Anime) - Kai-V - Jan. 19, 2010

I do not know why you necessarily expect the first person who answers the phone to have worked at a Toys 'R' Us years ago and to know what Beyblade is.

We have no idea. Nelvana is still dubbing it, however from what they have shown on their website, it seems they would be keeping the original names. Voice actors might be bad though ...

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion - Spring 2010 (Toys) Fall 2010 (Anime) - HEARTof4Lion - Jan. 20, 2010

glad to hear theyre keeping the old names Tongue_out i dont want Ginga to suddenly become Gary LOL Kenta = Kenny Madoka = Marian lmao. xP

RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion - Spring 2010 (Toys) Fall 2010 (Anime) - Kai-V - Jan. 20, 2010

Well, unless they decide to change the names now ... Nelvana did update their website very early considering the anime will only start being broadcast in fall 2010, and whoever wrote the paragraphs that appear on the site made so many mistakes, even grammar ones, so they might change a few things, we do not know.
