This was one of the most fun mfl events I have been to. The vibes were fun, people listened to rules, and overall everyone had a great day! Couple of things that were crazy were GraceL made her account 5 minutes before the event as it was only her brother playing originally. She was only 9 years old, but she managed to go 8-1 in the first stage! None of us let her win either it was a complete shock. The other notable mention is Cakes brother BasaltSpam beating Cake in 1st stage with Bandid Goriem SW145 RF LOL.

Great park and great weather for this event. My record was 1-4, oof. Many new bladers joined us for this one. Also a shout out to the Portland players who drove up. Wind or dynaf was the most represented bey. I noticed players using the Xcalibur core on stamina combos with a dash driver so the sword does not extend. I still need to test this more but it seemed to work well for wind and dynaf combos. I have learned from my losses and cant wait for the last teampalooza battle Seattle on nov 6th. Thank you to Beyblade Premier for creating this series.

I believe he used that driver when he was battling in the DB stadium and Xtreme' for the DX and Standard stadiums. Treated him well.

STOP THE WHEEL - 10/09/22

Toronto, ON, Canada - Metal Fight Limited - Unranked

A big thanks to Kei for staying longer than he intended to ensure we got the full 8 players! This event was a test to see how the existing meta of Metal Fight Limited would be affected by the re-addition of the Libra (Pre-Hybrid) Wheel. As it turns out, I was the only one who had or brought a Libra. Because of this I cannot confidently speak on that question I sought to answer with Stop the Wheel but I can say that having to access to Libra really did very little for me. Any time I used it was for the novelty of it, because anything it does is something I found something else could do similarly or outright better (ex. CH120RF compared to Bakushin MF.. Why?) or worse, I thought it was too risky to use in the face of things like Gravity RF or Screw RF on regular endurance setups.

Kei had access to Libra, technically, since he was using parts I brought to the event, but did couldn't be bothered to incorporate it into his Finals Decks. This isn't a full answer but it does indeed point towards Libra not warping this existing meta around itself. Perhaps if everyone had access to it or brought their own things could have been different, but it doesn't seem as if Libra is quite as scary as it has been in the past. There are many answers to it and so many alternatives to the things that it was feared for before that I think it would really just serve as an another potential option, deepening the Limited pool just a bit.
