How to put a Signature:
Step 1: Go to your user cp
Step 2: Go to edit your Signature
Step 3: Do this [img]INSERTLINK[/img]
For that u need to download and upload it back to photoshop or imageshack.com and then paste the url in the insert image box.
How to put an Avatar:
Step 1: Go to your user cp
Step 2: Go to edit your Signature
Step 3: Paste the url of the Avatar into the box
