RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - ClearWing R34 - Sep. 27, 2019 I'm guessing that there will be a switch strike counterpart for some beys to keep the gimmick RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - JoMario67 - Sep. 27, 2019 (Sep. 27, 2019 12:04 AM)KinkoUsagi Wrote: I hope we can still put frames on the new disks, but I doubt it. We can, because they have tabs for the frames, and they changed the GT disks to be like core disks. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - IronFace879 - Sep. 27, 2019 Really weird, Hasbro’s actually trying to stay away from Tomy by becoming their own system. I’m just gonna stop at Turbo for now. But that Beystadium from the Vertical Drop Battle Set, it does seem quite nice given episode 25 with Aiger. Might as well. I don't know what the Hypersphere tips do, but I really hope they aren't like Slingshock where it's all like "oh hey a bad attack mode for riding rails lmao" That would be amazing, but they're likely not going to have ball bearings in it, anyway. So, possibly a different Hasbro exclusive? Dullahan, Rudr, Ogre, Gargoyle are likely OUT since they're been re-released with a different colour. That leaves Morrigna (maybe for the Tact base?!), Typhon (yes, please!), Cyclops, & Balar (and the dual layer exclusives but I'm doubtful). RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - g2_ - Sep. 27, 2019 2 questions 1. Why are drivers so fat, do they have some kind of a gimmick? 2. Are the chips removable? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - JoMario67 - Sep. 27, 2019 (Sep. 27, 2019 1:02 AM)g2_ Wrote: 2 questions 1. Drivers are wider than usual because of the stadiums which are now spherical, and the chips are removable, except there's no weight. There's only two part layers RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - g2_ - Sep. 27, 2019 (Sep. 27, 2019 1:07 AM)JoMario67 Wrote:Ok thank you, I'm really glad the chips are removable.(Sep. 27, 2019 1:02 AM)g2_ Wrote: 2 questions 1. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - CitrusNinja3 - Sep. 27, 2019 These Disks just reminded me of αero' which gave me a thought. If Hasbro just calls these Disks by their normal names, we could call them Sting', Hurricane', Blitz', etc. because they follow the same concept as αero'. I also realized that they have to make Xtend+ for Union Achilles, although I'm confident that they'll make it even wider and keep it in Attack Mode to make Xtend+H. They also have to do Dagger and I don't even want to think of the Infinite Lock Beys, I also worry about Diabolos since Bullet cannot be Bullet-TH with how the gimmick works. I just hope to god they save some layers for Switchstrike like Zwei Luinor, Joker, Diabolos etc... Maybe Achilles could be SST too? Who knows RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Achilles25 - Sep. 27, 2019 Bro the Hypersphere tips look carp. And why don't they have frames. Some dual packs, singles, starters, and new layers and chips by Hasbro. I think these HD images confirm that the weights are fused with the bases and are all plastic. However, The center hexagon of the "weights" is fused with the chip. Also, the new drivers are TH which means they are new drivers. This is a lot to take in, and it's very exciting. Noticeable differences: discs are not the same as Takara Tomy, however they appear to be compatible with disk frames, Gimmicks are probably gone because of this, but more compatibility is okay by me. Also, Hasbro has made new discs and layer bases and drivers, I am excited to see the creativity of these products. Beys (from top to bottom, I used hasbro's naming system for new parts): Great, more ugly launchers that you can't get a comforable grip on. Why doesn't Hasbro just release a new launcher grip, already? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Flame~Capricorn - Sep. 27, 2019 For what it's worth, the disks would be interesting for competitive play, and the drivers look like they might have a ton of LAD. This is so lazy and it literally looks horrendus RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - BuilderROB - Sep. 27, 2019 Why do the designs look so...cheap and lazy? RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - JoMario67 - Sep. 27, 2019 To any Ausrtralian Bladers: if you live near Cannington, check your Toymate store, because on the website it says that the Hypersphere beys are in Stock! You may have to ask the employees to check the back though. Although I'm not sure about the Vertical Drop set, everything else says either In stock or Limited Stock. So if you live near there (it's closer to Perth Australia) check your Toymate Store to maybe find some Hypersphere Products. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Infinite.DX - Sep. 27, 2019 Sphinx S5 looks like it has Jaggy. Beys (from top to bottom, I used hasbro's naming system for new parts):So...from what I can see about the drivers TipHypersphere: TH01-has a jaggy like design TH02-a wider survive (not sure about this one) TH03-looks like a giant flat tip but its classified as a balance driver TH05-it kinda looks like power having some of its pattern (not sure about this one either) TH06-if u zoom on the tip u can see that its bottom ring is more of a flat ball?...my guess is that the ring above the tip will keep the bey up just like Rise! TH07-The ball shaped tip is still there and the surrounding area around the tip looks identical to Keep TH08-Its just Charge with a wider bottom TH14-Don t know why but looks like Charge even though its classified as a defense driver TH15-A ball shaped tip that i can t tell what is it meant to represent RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Requim - Sep. 27, 2019 This is literally way better than Turbo RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Flame~Capricorn - Sep. 27, 2019 (Sep. 27, 2019 8:12 PM)Requim Wrote: This is literally way better than Turbo It's certainly more unique.
