Kai-V, It might be because some might use their own PC, or they may use their cell phones, or they might access the net from a cyber cafe..... I don't think my IP would be dynamic, as I access the site from the same PC...

sorry if this is off topic but if my IP address is dynamic it would be either because I have two networks in my house that I connect to or because my friend did something to it after he got me temporarily banned from Shoddy Battle(pokemon battling online) by spamming

I want it at Kolkata as well........
Soon I will also own a Bey Stadium...
I am sure u will hav a bunch of bladers..........

You should read around,it is us who have to hold tournaments on behalf of WBO.Its not like a official group which flies from country to country holding tournaments,got me?

as you said,not many people will be willing to register on forums and stuff,half of the people dont even know how to use forums and just post anything they want on any thread,and since the rules here are so strict,they may end up getting banned.And trust me,when you register on a forum for the first time,its not easy to use for people who have not been on forums before,and second,newspapers charge a lot of money to advertise.
