Free still has a high pitched voice though from what I’ve seen. Same for Lui. Voices are a bit deeper but don’t require whole new voice actors.

Without flashbacks, Rantaro. But unlike Silas, Matt Hill returned to voice Rantaro while Silas got a new actor versus reusing his first one. Come to thing, if Matt Hill comes back this season, Rantaro will be the only Burst character to not get a second actor

I just saw the trailer, and they changed Hikaru and Hyuga's last names from Asahi to Hizashi (spelling).

Rantaro most likely will be the only one to get a new voice actor.

The subs on TVNZ are not always correct, the subs on Rise episode 25 misspelled Hurricane Defense and I think got another name wrong.

Since Turbo, the voicing for Burst has been done in America instead of Canada which is where seasons 1 and 2 were done. Unless Matt Hill is brought in from Canada, Rantaro is most likely getting a new VA.

y'all sure it's Hizashi/Hisashi? I hear it too but to some people "1. auto subs are trash, 2. it's not clear it's fast cause they're fast with script reading, and 3. deep voices.."
I put .5x speed on and still heard Hisashi and also kept thinking/saying Asashi to see if it was my brain messing with me and nope still heard it as Hisashi.
