Episode 4 review
I was not expecting this episode to be this good i legit thought this episode was going to be your average making bey episode but it wasn't. They portray each character really good like this episode almost makes me liking ranzo over rantaro and oh yeah bell is far imo the second best protagonist after valt and before aiga, and bell's grandpa feel like a good supporting character other than cough* cough* the bomers (chuck, raika, and the glasses dude) cough* cough* drum uncle. There is some scenes in this episode where season 1&2 fans will appreciate such as bell chemistry with ranzo and basara just moments like this makes me appreciate this season much more. The animation in this episode was pretty good I think the battle wasn't as good as episode 3 battle but it was pretty good and this season seems much more compelling and fun than sparking imo. Overall really good episode I'd rate it a 9/10

My review on Episode 4:
The great Amigo makes his comeback! Jokes aside tho, I'm really loving Ranzo's character here, his interactions with Bell are gold (and we should thank Jingemon for that). Cyclone Ragnaruk looks pretty awesome too, and it actually scored a point in that battle.
We all know Ranzo's gonna get rekt next round when Bell uses the High Mode, but still, he's the first to score a point on Belial, that counts as something.
Also those moments with Basara were nice. I don't you about you guys, but this trio is giving me the same vibe as Aiga/Ranjiro/Fubuki did in Cho-Z, except better. I already like their chemistry and it's still episode 4. Hope we get more of them as the series progresses instead of shafting Ranzo and Basara.
Overall, pretty cool episode, it has fun parts, the battle was decent, the general feel of it brings back memories. I give it a solid 9/10.
Psst: Does anyone know what Ranzo's new move is called? I heard something like Double Wing Cyclone, but I'm not sure.

Totally agree with you. Truth be told, I think that Bell, Basara, Hannah and Ranzo are slowly but surely growing into the best friend group in the burst saga. Even their filler moments and interactions are funny and good enough to be entertaining.

Well these days I usually refrain from doing episode reviews. But here comes one anyway for the first 3 episodes. I will not give reviews of unsubbed episodes.
So talking about episode 1 and 2. It was certainly a breath of fresh air from the stale protagonists that we have had so far. It feels as if Bell is not that classic beyblade rookie who just learnt how to play. He is experienced and is tactical. As was witnessed in his battle with lui ( where he clearly states that I have read all your attacks) he even uses the shortness of belial to his advantage and thus nullifying Luis raging upper.
Also I like Hannah and Basara as a duo. Hannah is clearly a cute character who often behaves as a beyblade protagonist in terms of impulsiveness. We even get to see some nice character moments for basara in episode 2 where he doesn't like his loss against belial and Hannah provoking him to get a rematch by calling him weak was hilarious.
Talking about episode 3, nothing much happens in terms of actual story however we do get introduced to Ranzo Kiyama who unsurprisingly is as hot-headed as his brothers. What interests me is that he is not a random nobody but actually one of the top bladers in Brazil. Also he is a complete joke in the anime. And he doesn't know Japanese that well and instead of calling himself cool he calls himself annoying.
The battle was pretty intense and the result was surprising, we all knew he was going to loose but I was not expecting a break this early on. We even see Bell shocked which basically confirms that all of this is an act.

Episode 4 reveiw
This episode met the good mark. It makes sense for the Grandfather to be the one to tell Ranzou how to make a DB bey cause we know Bell doesn't want to show any sign of softness/weakness. Basara doesn't seem so shy anymore but looks like he has toughen up a bit. Cyclone Raganaruk looks very good. Again, Love these shots with Valt and Free. As for the battle, it wasn't as good as episode's 3 battle but wasn't bad. But I have to say the animation of Ranzou's move were amazing, definently gets some ponites for that. I guess a ring out is enough for Ranzou cause the episode ends at round 1 but this episode was a 8/10.

Except, you know, he's not actually a butler. Jingemon Daikokuten is Bell's grandfather

Really, I didn't knew. He looks like a Butler. Thanks for informing me.

for me Ranzo is already the best Kyiama (probably cause the other Kyiama that isnt Rantaro sucks, I hate Ranjiro)

I mean, he does have the most personality when you compare him with his predecessors at the start of their season.
Also, does any other Kiyama speak Portuguese? Do they even know how to say Amigo like that? No.

My review of this episode:
The characters were nice and seemed that Basara had a little character growth which is good, but I still don't care for him much yet. Either way the battle didn't disappoint, and it's nice that Ranzo got a point. I also like his launch. Good episode.
RE: Beyblade Burst DB Episode #4 (April 16, 2021) - Valtryek Aoi - Apr. 17, 2021
Wow, they made Ranzou into an interesting and funny character, slowly started advancing Basara into the friend group and his eventual DB bey, and showed some nice moments from Bell's grandpa and Bell himself. I'm already liking this Bell-Ranzou-Basara dynamic as it seems like it will legitimately carry throughout the whole season and develop along with it. Also nice to see Bell lose a point, showing that he is strong, but not untouchable, especially when his opponent has a DB bey. That may spell a lot for the power scaling of the rest of the season.
All around good stuff, especially for episode 4 of the season, and also hints at more good times to come if they keep this up.

Why would you quote my post outside the thread it was posted in? This doesn't need to be moved to Episode discussion.
But in any case, Basara's Bey is now confirmed to be a Left-spin Defense Type, most likely Bahamut. Basically it's the same case as Fubuki; he starts with a generic Balance Type, then switches to a Defense Type of the new system.

First of all, think before you post. I did not quote outside of the thread, you need to check the previous page. Also, lighten up, people are allowed to ask questions and have opinions too. I'll admit that I don't even know the characters' names so I thought you were talking about Bell upgrading his bey. I was a bit skeptical on that, because if Belial was an attack-type, why would he make it a defense type? Now I know you were talking about Basara, which makes sense.
