At the time of posting this, there aren't any frames that can replicate the free-spinning ring of Takara Tomy's Hurricane disk. I believe that the cheapest way to obtain a TT Hurricane disk is through purchasing a B-135 Bushin Ashura Hurricane Keep Ten.

Sorry for the late response, but the part in the picture is disk frame . TT, pretty sure Hasbro hasn't released an Achilles A6 yet.
Also, I don't have to have the entire Beyblade, the Sparking ring and Sparking chip should suffice.

As far as I'm aware, no one on the market is selling individual Infinite and/or Hollow Sparking rings.
I'm well aware that no one is going to sell these at below market prices, which is why I'm prepared to offer a fair price for each.

Edit: Decided to give a monetary idea as to how much I'll spend. I'll pay $45 for both the Hollow and Infinite rings as well as the Achilles chip. (This price is for all three btw, please contact me if you're only interested in selling one or more of the parts I'm interested in.)
