1. It has to be an official Tournament so you'll have to take the organizers quiz
2. WBO rules state that only Hasbro and Takara Tomy are allowed, so people cannot use fake in any circumstances

That seems fair, plus they can always ask someone at the Tournament to borrow things if the person allows them

We could just make it into more of a meet-up instead of an actual tournament, but not a lot of people would go.

You wouldn't be able to do it in July anyway because the quiz takes a couple months to get reviewed.

Where is the Tournament gonna be at, how about this, after the Tournament happens we can ask people that stay till the end decide to stay at the if they want to battle us to be in the team
