Yeah ik how Battleburst feels. Suoh is definitely up there with Xhan in terms of favorite characters, and he's been toned down a lot since Longinus Cup. Before, I would think he is Z4 no doubt, now, not so much. Anyway, they prolly gave Suoh the dub yesterday just so Suoh fans won't feel as bad when he 'probably' loses to Fubuki

Well, they had to make Souh win or else he would be eliminated and unable for Fubuki to take his revenge against him.

i'm starting to think that Suoh won last battle because
1-in the God vs ChoZ popularity poll,Suoh was the ChoZ character with the most votes,he was top 6,and top 1,2,3,4,and 5 were all God characters
2-if he was eliminated,Fubuki would never get his revenge against him

The episode!
Holy! This episode, was just epic!
It starts with Aiga practicing(finally) when his beyblade flies off and is on a verge of fallinf when Fubuki enters, catches it and asks if he could battle him. Suddenly Xhan comes in and says he wants to battle Aiga first.
Fubuki becimes the referree.
Kyle and Souh were talking, talking amd talking when ginally it stopped. I didn't get much of it, the only thing I got was he telling Souh to not take Fubuki as lightly as he yook him last time..
On the other hand, Ranjiro is teaching the other two memebers of his gang, when suddenly both of them run to Fubuki and ask him about Souh, he just listens to them and then walks away.
Then, again Ranjiro and the otjer two members of his gang are practicing when Fubuki walks in, he shows Xcalibur's sword technique to Ranjiro on the I Pad and then walks of. Lol, it felt like alliances were being made, Souh and Kyle, Xhan was with Aiga, and Fubuki and Ranjiro. After this, Xhan was shown breaking wood blocks. Fubuki was on the deck, when Souh enters and says something to him.. Ranjiro was shown all soaked up in sweat, when he launches cR and there is kinda a storm in the room. New move..
The tournament starts.
Laban vs Aiga.
It started with Laban KOing Achilles.
Then, they have double bursts for 7 battles.
Finally some action, Aiga and Laban both go head on, and Vise Leopard bursts.
Kyle vs Phi
Ended in a blink of an eye, hK burst so easliy,
This battle didn't even last a second.
Souh vs Fubuki
The reason I watched the episode.
Round 1- double KO
Round 2- Souh switchs to his dark side, beublade on attack mode and takes names of all previous heros, Valt Aoi, Shu Kurenai and Lui Shirasagi!
Fubuki is calm throughout Souh's talks, he dodged all the bouncing attacks from the driver. Finally, Souh uses his special attack and Fubuki counters it and bursts hS. Victory is sweet.. lol..
Souh looked frustrated and walks off.
Xhan vs Ranjiro
Ranjiro uses his new move without wastinf a second and then, Xhan moves into the shield creates by the winds around cR. It gets knocked out to the side and the sword comes out. It disbalances cR and then Fifth Impact! Game over.. Xhan won.. Ranjiro is eliminated. He kneels down sadly but then gets up full of happiness and shows a thumbs up sign to the members of his gang,
When they start crying and show a thumbs up back, Aiga and Fubuki looking at this actin with a blank face! Lol.. It was really funny, will share pic when the episode gets uploaded somewhere.
Then, Aiga and Gang throw a party for Ranjiro, with bey bread and bey battles.
Next morning,
Fubuki and Souh have a chat and then Souh leaves. Aiga gets up because of the noise from the helicopter. He remembers that Ranjiro and runs out of his tent, can't believe this, he is on a ship and still is living in his tent.. XD
He comes out and gives an emotional speech promising Ranjiro that he will win this for all of them when Ranjiro walks from the back XD. Aiga is shocked. That's all..
Next episode.
Please please don't miss this episode! Something is gonna get revealed about Phi! Therw was a scene an eye opened above him, Achilles creates a black aura around it and what not! This episode might be really important.
But thats all for now!

RE: Beyblade Burst Super Z Episode #23 (September 3, 2018) - Jinbee - Sep. 03, 2018
As usual time to review the new episode:
Okay so, the episode really just starts with everyone getting picked for their pair, and I was happy to know that they corrected Kyles star number mistake from last episode. I also just realized that the 3 way battles didn't earn the winners a star as Ranjiro and Souh still only had one left.
As for the battles... ehhhh I wished most of them didn't skip to near the end. Okay to start off:
Aiga vs Laban - Laban K.Os Aiga with his Howling Bite and after that they draw five times, then Aiga bursts him of course. Eh the many draws battles aren't amazing anymore so... yeah.
Kyle vs Phi, yeah Kyle loses. I wish they didn't skip the battle here, especially when the start shows Kyle vengeful against Phi from last episode, wish they showed that more.
Souh vs Fubuki, the battle everyone waited for. Yeah it was a pretty good fight and it's good to see Fubuki get some sweet revenge, with his new move Emperor Crush which ehhhh wasn't that cool looking.
Ranjiro vs Xhan was pretty cool until the ending part, Ranjiro uses his new move Lion Gale Force Wall and had a genuinely good strategy to let Xhan hit his tornado, purposefully making him use Fifth Impact to weaken his stamina. He does well in outrunning him until Xhan pulls a total nonsense, and somehow moves his beyblade up the ramp with incredibly low spin and beat Ranjiro. Okay I know he wasn't going to win but give him one point for trying for crying out loud.
So now Ranjiro and Souh are sadly eliminated from the tournament, not after Souh seems to be more pleasant towards Fubuki. Meaning we're left with:
- The crazy cocky kid
- Some silver hair from MFB
- Tarzan
- The Goblin
- Better than Shu Shu
- Xhan the man
Unfortunately, this is the opposite to last episode, this one is extremely predictable and I didn't enjoy it that much because of it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Jo-Ik0mJF9s here's the link by the way.

First of all, thank you. Second of all, well I've actually been thinking about this and my guess is that, in the first episode there were some things that were off like if I remember correctly, lightning struck as Achilles was being made and I was thinking something like that would link Achilles and Phoenix together. Of course I could be looking too deep into it, but the series does hint a connection between the two.
Perhaps the two are secretly brothers, maybe both were struck by lightning?
Either way the episode does look like it'll be interesting and I look forward to it!

Nice thought! So you mean kinda long lost brothers? It might even explain how Aiga's injury was okay after the Phoenix shine.. I can't remember the episode number. This is similar to how Kai's dranzer shined when it battled dragoon for the first time.
But Battleburst stated this in another thread saying, maybe Phi is using Achilles for a ritual or something? This is a wild thought but, maybe?
What I think is maybe the dark phoenix has something to do with this? Maybe to awaken dark phoenix, it needs the power of Achilles? Phi isn't strong enough to control it, thus uses Achilles but gets possessed on the process?
Lol, I can't wait 1 week for this!

If For once, I’ll do a review.
This episode begins with the lady robot thingy spinning telling the competiterd what heir next opponent is:
Aiga vs Laban, Kyle vs Phi, Suoh vs Fubuki, and Ranjirou vs Xhan. They all chat with their opponent...
Aiga is practicing his launch and frustrated at his performance with the Z4. Fubuki catches Achilles and Xhan steps in to train with Aiga with Fubuku as referee.
A lengthy conversation between Suoh and Kyle (I wonder what they said) and then Suoh talking to Fubiki. Xhan practises his martial arts while Ranjirou and Aiga train all night.
When Ranjirou was perfecting his new special move, I felt sympathetic since he was trying so hard to practice his new special move and how his losses has been at least 90% of his battles What did they do to him??
First battle: Laban knocks Achilles out with Howling Bite. They tie for 6 rounds and on the 7th round, Aiga uses Z Slash while being clutched from vise leopard. 2-1
Second battle: Kyle vs Phi. Isn’t it obvious? 2-0
Third battle: Fubuki vs Suoh. Finally! Fubuki gets revenged. At first, a tie and then second round Fubuki dodges Salamander’s attacks using a type of pendulum movement then uses a new psecial move: Emperor Crash (?) or something. 2-0
Final battle: Ranjirou vs Xhan. I was glad that Ranjirou used his new special move and used the stamina of Xcalibur to try and outlast, but frankly, the sword is still there. Two competitors went out today...
Suoh leaves, Aiga thinks it was Ranjirou and comedy ensures.
Next episode preview: Achilles is in Aiga’s hand, and glows a dark red making me think he’ll get possessed or something. Phi is somewhat shocked in his battle against Laban and an eye opens above him I think? I’m hyped for it. Overall: Epic and well-paced.

This was a good episode, however predictable, but decent nonetheless.
Fubuki v Souh:
Fubuki’s new ‘Emperor Crush’ was cool and it was cool to see Souh bound off the wall to use Sword Rebellion Hell Slash, but...once again, Souh got the short end of the stick...what’d he ever do to anyone? Why’d he have to be in the all introductory battles? R.I.P Souh. Also, Fubuki’s seemed really underwhelming so far in this arc. Like, I thought he was gonna be re-introduced and was gonna destroy everyone, but he’s lost to Phi in the battle royal (everyone lost so that doesn’t really count) he won against Laban and Houi in the team battles (but it’s Laban and Houi, Houi was bound to drag down whoever he was on a team with) and loses EASILY to Laban in the three way battles, then wins against Souh? It just seems like he’s been here to battle Souh and that’s it.
And on the flip side, Souh was doing good-ish. (Ok, he was in the introductory battle of Laban so of course he was gonna lose, Phi battle, everyone lost, team battles, Souh was doing good, but the dagger frame and Fifth Impact was introduced so, of course, he was bound to lose, then he won against Houi and Aiga, then lost against Fubuki?
Phi v Kyle:
Wish we got more, but honestly, was there a doubt about who was gonna win? And why are they pushing this Phi/Kyle dynamic anyway? And how is Kyle still in this tournament? He hasn’t done carp yet.
Laban v Aiga:
Aiga had to win against Laban at some point and a guess now was as good as ever. Using Z-Buster while trapped in Howling Bite was smart tho.
Ranjiro v Khan:
R.I.P Ranjiro...that’s all I gotta say. It was obvious who was gonna win.
Next Episode:
This is Phi’s episode and it looks really interesting. Also I think we know that it’s finally time for Aiga to win against Xhan.

Oh...yea. I know when...it was just a joke. I’ve been waiting for the past like two weeks for this arc to end because it feels like it’s been forever. But I guess I shouldn’t complain considering the God Bladers Cup arc was like 12-13 episodes.
I want to bring up something somewhat relating to this episode but never seen anyone bring up. So if it wasn’t obvious, I like Souh and Red Eye as a character, so every time they lose to a ‘good guy’ I try to rationalize them bring stronger by adding previous win scores to the current score. For example: Souh originally won against Fubuki 2-1. Then, if you add the overall score becomes 3-2 Fubuki. Let me just say right now that I really hate when that happens. Take a look at...Red Eye vs Valt during the God Bladers Cup, at first Red Eye wins 2-1, then, in the championship battle, Valt wins 4-2, so the overall score is 5-4 Valt. And it’s just that 1 point that they got and it just annoys me for some reason.

yea that arc is pretty long and very predictable , well the god bladder cup wasn't a problem at all because it was the last arc and also to see who's at the top, meanwhile this arc isn't the last one it's not a national or international championship granted you get the rare chance to battle valt at the end but still doesn't impressed me, even the longinus cup didn't feel that impressive to me that cup was literally made to a chance to challenge lui you don't get the title of Japan best nor Asian champion. both god bladers and nationals was more interesting for me just my opinion.
