W3 isnt a hard counter it can get outspun by f3 easily tbh a2 or j2 7g at can easily get a good percentage against f3 p /7g at but they get destroyed by garuda g3. Also f3 is the reason why stallers have been outclassed so stallers cant beat f3 combos
I posted that when the only burst evolution beys I had were V3,S3,W3 and F3. And W3 is a hard counter to a special launch that makes F3 spin so slowly that if it doesn't equalize spin quickly it will stop spinning. The free spinning ring makes spin steal noneffective. When F3 is just generally weak spun it will win. I did say "a hard counter to the launch."
