RE: Byxis discussion - Fyuuor - Dec. 11, 2010

I performed solo spin times of the clear wheels to see whether there was a stark difference between Bull and Byxis.

Combo Used: Earth__ 100WD

Bull Clear Wheel Solo Spin Test:
3:52
3:53
4:11
3:42
3:38

Byxis Clear Wheel Solo Spin Test:
3:19
3:38
3:34
3:21
3:16

The major difference when comparing Byxis and Bull is that you notice the huge difference in weight distribution. The Bull clear wheels weight is mostly evenly distrusted through out the wheel with it being a little thicker in comparison to other clear wheel such as Saggitario. Though Byxis's wheel seems to be quite thin in comparison to Bull, I don't have the weights but Byxis certainly feels lighter.

I'm not sure as to why I have achieved such a stark difference in times though it must be said that my spin times for Bull seem to correlate with Driger GT's clear wheel solo spin times for Bull.

RE: Byxis discussion - Kai-V - Dec. 11, 2010

Solo spin time is different to stamina testing ?

Fixed, my mistake.

Changed it to purely solo spin times of the clear wheels.

could you do testing in battle please? Because i don't want to be the only one testing this

RE: Byxis discussion - Fyuuor - Dec. 11, 2010

I can but there won't be to much of a differance if any in comparing the win rates of the clear wheels being used in battle. It's not like I'm switching the Metal Wheels on each combo as that would directly affect the battle performance. At the moment I think the most effective way of gauging the stamina properties of a clear wheel are by conducting solo spin tests.

I agree as this would be the only way to have consistent movement and therefore, results.

RE: Byxis discussion - whatevers2009 - Dec. 21, 2010

do you think flame byxis is a good buy pegasis105rf? i ordered it yesterday.

RE: Byxis discussion - Aquilaz112 - Dec. 21, 2010

this is not the place to ask
ask in purchase constulation
cos its your first time
pegasis is worth it cos of rf

RE: Byxis discussion - Dan - Dec. 21, 2010

Why do people always ask if something is good, but then you found out it was garbage; oh well, dang, I ordered it before I asked you. I realize this is not the case here, but a lot of times I see this happen, it is not good to waste money on bad beys. It really isn't. :[

RE: Byxis discussion - whatevers2009 - Dec. 21, 2010

i hope i like it. but i am thinking it might end up bieng a bad bey because of how tall it is.

RE: Byxis discussion - Killer Beafowl - Dec. 22, 2010

Thats a usless post and non-relative post to the topic. And why did you buy it if you though it would be bad?If you watched videos on it,looked at the 230 discussion, etc then you would see if its good or not.

Tests done on the first page completly contradict wha t you said here. Earth Byxis beat Earth Bull in battle which is huge! It shows that this has the potential to replace Bull as the top stamina clear wheel! Testing needs to be done.

RE: Byxis discussion - Mc Frown - Dec. 23, 2010

As far as Clear Wheels are concerned, I agree and was going to post the same thing earlier. Unless they're making contact the Clear Wheel that produces a better solo spin time will win (For Stamina).

RE: Byxis discussion - Ultra - Dec. 23, 2010

If the clear wheel does turn out to be better than Bull then this will be an essential buy.

I agree, more testing needs to be done.
In regards to the tests which are posted on the OP I don't wan't this to sound mean but you might need to worry about the legitimacy of the testing.

I don't think there's any reason to worry about the legitimacy of the testing? Why do you think there is?

Despite what has been said, I don't think it'll replace Bull as the top stamina wheel. I beleive Vulcan worked against Earth Bull, but failed as a defesive type Uncertain

I should rephrase what I wrote, due to his testing being conducted with a B bottom it may skew the results a little.

Another thing I was wanting to ask, pegasis105rf during your battles of Earh Byxis 100B VS Earth Bull 100B and Earth Byxis 145B VS Earth Bull 145B did you launch a particular Beyblade first through out the entire set of testing?

RE: Byxis discussion - milkychipz - Dec. 23, 2010

I have something to ask myself =P

Theres been a lot of speculation recently, about the legitimacy and feasibaility of placing opposite-direction clear wheels on their irresepective metal wheels. This may seem stupid but can Byxis be placed on top of Gravity, Meteo or Lightning? Thanks ;]

Also, PM me when you have the results for my request Fyuuor <OFF-TOPIC

RE: Byxis discussion - Mc Frown - Dec. 23, 2010

I don't doubt the legitimacy of the testing either, but for a different reason.
The results are pathetic.
How does Ray Unicorno 100RF only get a 50% win rate against Earth Byxis C145WB?

RE: Byxis discussion - Ultra - Dec. 23, 2010

Tbh just because SD or WD weren't used is no reason for the tests to not be legitimate. Others have done this before.

Yeah, that is pretty curved.. Even I can get a nice 70%^ with it against WB, and I don't work too well with Ray.
