They are similar, but not the same. Triangle Wing has the same slopes in both directions, whereas Upper Dragoon has bigger slopes in right spin than left spin. For right spin, Upper Dragoon is best. For left spin, Triangle Wing is better.
I just rmb sth... Upper Dragoon has spikes around its ramp right? Triangle Wing does not have.

Effect of that is very small. Helps to deflect a little, once in a while.
