Look at how that episode ended! You felt the pressure falling onto Bell and his expression at the end showed he had no time for his usually bratty bluster.
Then there's the battle with Dante.
He wrecked them all. That was a result befitting a Blading Legend. As it should be.
I have not forgotten that! Great stuff! Of course, I'm sad that best grandpa Dragon has been reduced to: "I'm here with you, Dante!" but that's probably more my butthurt because I felt Dante still had a couple of seasons in in him before handing the reigns to a new protagonist.
I'm also sad that the joke of Ranzo gets a big win by doing nothing also ended there. Would have been a great running gag.

Late Episode review
so overall this was a really fun episode and is my favorite one of the season thus far. The main highlight of the episode for me was the special Xander training as it was a great moment for a lot of fun call backs, characters interactions, and training for the characters themselves. I love how they let Valt and Xander just hang out and be friends as their friendship is a pretty cool one. I aslo liked how Valt could keep up with Xander during training as well which shows just how far hes come since season one showing that Valt has gotten stronger and more athletic. It was also a nice call back seeing how easily Valt was carrying the tires because that was one of his main training methods back then. We also get a bit more Pri development as we see her starting to bond with pandora.
Now for the battles they were pretty good. Ranzo definitely improved with his new special move, and Pri did pretty good as well. my only gripe is how easy pri won the first point, it felt like Xander didn’t even try to counter but still fair game to Pri but otherwise the battles themselves were pretty good and the training was definitively a good way for all of them to improve.
