RE: Beyblade Burst DB Episode #25 (September 10, 2021) - DeltaZakuro - Sep. 10, 2021
Ilya had a good run but she is just simply no match for Lui, i will admit tho that Guilty Smash is a bit extra. The highlight for me in this episode was the interactions between Rashad and Ilya, it was incredibly amazing and i hope to see more between the two and speaking of Rashad, seeing him with a red aura with his Valkyrie at the end of the episode really makes me think we could see a Red Savior Avatar.

This episode was amazing (Grbas computer and throws in the air) It was awesome!! So, the episode starts off with Bell finishing L Gear and he lays out all the previous evolutions which is pretty cool to see Belial in its perfect form, it's had many upgrades and it's now at its perfect point (Insert Meme). And Jingemon starts laughing and clapping like a fricking mad man, not even going to lie that was super creepy. Anyways, Bell tries challenging Basara and Ransou but Jingemon reminds him that they're still down on the Island Of Demon's watching Lui and Ilya's battle, so, Bell decides to watch the previous match and sees the Ilya took the first point, Bell and Jingemon start talking but I honestly don't know what about since I can't really infer what's going on but after their little talk Bell runs off and decides to go challenge, Lui. Lui is complimenting Ilya on how she was able to get a point against him but Ilya just roller skates around Lui and responded to him with something, again I can't infer what they're saying. Anyways, Rashad talks about how Ilya and he used to be friends back in BC Sol and we see him training with the three nobodies that appeared in episode 9 but seriously, I feel like the three nobodies were just released to be released we've seen them a couple of times before but they're not important yet they have an interesting design, maybe TT's tryna hint something towards us (Sus music amplifies). Anyhoo, Rashad walks up to Ilya and asks her if he wants to join them but Ilya roller skates off, (You rude baka). Anyways, Ilya goes over to the stadium in the forest and sees Rashad there again and they talk a bit then Ilya challenges Rashad to a battle and that's how the flashback ended. Rashad looks at Ilya and Ilya looks back at him and they smile at each other. Anyhoo, Ilya's Resonance Aura flares up as she stares Lui down and Lui's Resonance Aura flares up and it was just amazing, this scene was done perfectly and I'm super impressed with the way they pulled it off, nice TT!! Anyways, Bell runs up to them with no breath at all, (Poor smol boi) and challenges Lui to a battle. Lui be like: Bro be quiet, Ima bout to lose to a nobody girl that roller skates for a living, I'll battle you later! And with a pout Bell stands with the others, he shows them L Gear, and all of them are pretty interested in it! Bell tells Ilya that she can lose because he's the one beating Lui but Ilya just be like: Whatever Smol boi. Can we get an F in the chat for Bell? Anyways, it's revealed that Ilya's going with the same strategy (Dodging Longinus' attacks in High Mode and wear it out) and then the battle finally starts.
Ifrit starts be circling the center and dodges Longinus' attacks from left and right. Lui powers up with wind behind him (It was awesome you should watch this episode) And Ilya be like oh I'm going try-hard mode too!! Longinus speeds up and finally makes contact with Ifrit, Ifrit speeds up and starts hitting Longinus with a powerful flurry of attacks and knocks it over and sends it flying onto the fourth drive, this scene looked Awesome! Longinus sped up and Lui powers up, the new Longinus avatar looks sick! It has that metal on the back-- oh! You've just gotta love this episode! Longinus speeds up and goes flying in the air and creates a tornado going down traping Ifrit apparently because it's spinning fast enough? ANIME LOGIC Ilya powers up and tries getting Ifrit out of there but it's no use, Longinus starts crashing down and uses his ultimate move, Guilty Smash!! Longinus' blades glow and then we get this awesome scene with Ifrit's Avatar and Longinus' Avatar! Longinus slams Ifrit down to the ground and Ifrit bursts. Let's go! She lost!! This is literally the best day of my life, Ilya's sad and depressed and she's gonna be sad all her life!! HAHAHAHAHAHHAHA!!! Ahem. Sorry, I kinda lost control there.
Ilya falls to her knees as Lui just laughs. Serves you right!! Bell and the others talk about how strong Longinus is then Lui laughs again and it's suddenly night. Ilya's
outside on the Airship and Rashad walks up to her, they talk about the battle for a bit then they have a flashback to when Ilya was leaving BC Sol, Rashad and Ilya from the looks of it had a huge fight, probably because Rashad didn't want her to go, but Ilya probably left so she could get stronger understandable. And with that Ilya just left. They end the flashback and Rashad challenges Ilya to a battle, Ilya accepts. So next episode we're probably gonna see them battle! But, it's not over yet, we see Bell in bed talking to Belial probably about Lui, Belial shines and Bell smiles and holds it tight. This episode was personally awesome! I loved and and will probably be watching it again! Overall rating 9/10, (It was gonna be 8 but Added extra point since Ilya lost )

I don't get it why people hate Ilya so much, Ilya and Rashad are the best written character of this season tbh.

I like ilya quite a bit, rashad, not so much.
They hate on Ilya cuz she's always teasing Bell about everything.
And bell fans are kinda like bell

Honestly for a first real female Blader in burst, Ilya is actually a pretty good character. Her personality to tease and manipulate her opponents is super unique as she follows through with that in her battles and it makes her a pretty good character.
As for Rashad, an antagonist that doesn't start out bad actually makes him a pretty unique character as well. And considering he uses a recolored Valkyrie and is pretty decently strong.

I think maybe either Rashad or Illya might be the final boss of DB. It would probably be less predictable compared to Lean

Rashad is personally my favourite character of this season so far. While Basara has potential, he's hardly used in a meaningful way. Assuming Rashad's the final opponent, he's pretty unique in that regard. We've never really had "#1 fan of champion" becomes potentially final opponent, possibly envying their idol too. While Zeo from V-Force did have that "fan becomes villain" too, he wasn't necessarily about wanting to beat Tyson before someone else, where as Rashad, being a huge fan of Valt wanted to be the one to take him down, and likely before Bell. He also starts off fairly nice too, and while Shu did as well, his God series appearance as Red Eye, not really.
