He's Class 1-A , similarly to Deku. Reason is that the way he begins in Beyblade is being an amateur, instead of people like Shu, Lui and even Xhaka with years of training prior, and since this is an all generations merger this is the more newbie Valt (who will grow fast though)in the story.

Might as well right

Bang Valkyrie Aura Dashing-0

Bang is a normal 3 bladed Valkyrie shaped Blade. Each main blade has rubber and in-between each one there's metal.
Valkyrie is just Valkyrie. The metal on the Core is ocean blue.
Aura is a spiky disc with 3 blades. These blades line up with Bang's blades for extra damage.
Dashing it a metal flat driver. When it wobbles metal surrounds it, making it speed up (Like Unite.)
0 is just the 0 Armor. I chose it because I felt that the colors fit.

It's a bey and it has to be a canon one, just needs to be evolved.

Personality: He never talks, he only talks when he feels its necessary kinda like Red, he'll only call out his Bey's name and call out moves, that's it, he'll respond to questions with a nod or a head shake, he cares about his friends and his Bey more than anything in the world.

Appearance: He wears a huge red and white jacket and under it, he wears a white tank top, he wears jeans and a Black and Gold belt with it, he usually wears sneakers that are white and red, his whole style is white and red really, (Obviously, this character is inspired by Red in Pokemon)

Beyblade: Ember Ifrit Nexus'+S Xtend+' 3B

Sparking Ring: Ember, it's a balance type Ring with 3 huge Blades that can be used for Defense, Attack, and Stamina. The rest of the layer has a flame design.

Sparking Chip: Ifrit, it's Ifrit breathing fire from its mouth and its eyes glowing red.

3B: It's a Single Chassis but has teeth as good as a Double Chassis, it has metal on it and the chassis has 3 contact points the spread out to the Ember Ring.

Nexus'+S Gear: It's the Nexus Disk with S Gear except it is made to go on any Beyblade, not just the DB Beys and has the S Gear on it which is Red, Golden, and Blue, the Nexus Disk is heavier and S Gear can be in Fixed Mode and Free-Spin Mode.

Xtend+': Xtend+ is Golden, Red, and Blue! and has a Dash Spring making the Bey is tighter.

Moves:

Ember Slash: It slashes at the opponent's Bey at full force usually bursting the opposing Bey.

Ember Shoot: Ifrit hits the opposing Bey with a barrage of attacks.

Ember Holocaust: Using its 3 Blades it creates a huge tornado the can suck opponent's in the tornado.

Cindering Spin: When S Gear is in Free Spin Mode it blocks all incoming attacks with its Free Spinning Disk.

My Idea

Bey Name: Rebound Wyvern - 12 Cell Boost

Quirk: Barrier - Does it even need explaining?

Core: Wyvern - The Wyvern core features a purple base with a gold dragon starting from the middle with the head at the end, the head is looking down, this is mirrored across both sides of the core, along the base of the core is a deep purple color.

Armour: 12 - the 12 armour features a thick round design with 6 V shaped protrusions on either side. the weights vary in height, one low, one high in that pattern.

Blade: Rebound - The rebound blade features 12 blades, each blade is has a rounded edges and a short straight blade that overlaps the next blade creating a very round shape. the blade has 2 modes' locked and unlocked mode. the bottom side of the blade has metal tabs, when pushed out the blade free spins, the metal tabs create high OWD in this mode s well as free spin defense, in locked mode the tabs are pushed in and the blade is locked in the mode the bound gimmick provides defence and low levels of attacks. this blade is designed to maximize defense, in unlocked it focuses on outspinning the opponent while in locked mode it focuses on knocking out the opponent.

Disc: Cell - the cell disc supports low mode. cell is a perfectly round disc with a large plastic ring round it, the ring has propeller like blades similar to garudas gimmick the blades lift the bey slightly to increase stamina. the disc is a little heavier then wheel.

driver: boost - the boost driver Has a large round body similar to the body or yard. the tip s a sharp thin stick like tip, the gimmick wth this is the tip winds up as it spins and when the force of the wind up is more then the force of the spinning bey the tip unleashes and the bey regains a mass amount of stamina.
