It's exactly as I stated before - amateurs that start up a huge bid war very early on will typically run the price of something up above what it is actually worth.
A good example is people who bid on 88powerpig88's auctions - they start out at 0.99 and end up 2-3 dollars more expensive than the Buy It Nows he has up, because of people being stupid.
A combination of impatience and uncaring for the stability of the already-fragile plastics market just ruins bidding on Plastics nowadays.

Tell me about it, I've bought like 50 beyblades and sold only one! Sales are tough on the forum so I might move my stuff to eBay soon... keep whatever new stuff I'm selling WBO-exclusive for a week and then put it on eBay. I've spent LOADS of money though so there's no way I'll be bidding on anything for a while on eBay, that means you can scratch me out of the competition list!
