Still hoping that most of the returning cast will receive new voice actors. If not, then perhaps the returning voice actors can change the pitch of their voice to intentionally sound different indicating a change in the characters’ age kind of like what Wakiya’s voice actor did when she returned to the Japanese anime or like the voice actor who voiced Valt in rise when she returned from turbo. What do you guys think?

i don't think we need new voice actors just changing the voice a little bit with the current actors will wok fine imo

Hmm...
I honestly don't think we need new VAs, since it made things worse the last time it happened (talking about the VA switch between Evolution and Turbo, which I wasn't a fan of at all). Just returning VAs changing their pitch will do for me, as I kinda started to get used to them.

1- Raid Luinor is actually fine for me, but I feel it doesn't give 'Lui vibes' like the older versions.
2- Fafnir stays the same, which is ok. I mean, since when do they change Fafnirs, anyway?

I think they definitely need new voice actors for almost every returning character. Most of their voices are too high pitched, especially Rantaro's as you mentioned.
I don't think that we'll be getting new voice actors though, probably a pitch change at best.
