RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - CitrusNinja3 - Mar. 18, 2019 I agree that Hasbro isn't doing a great job in Turbo, but we can still be optimistic about the Beys getting accurate combos. I'm thinking that they'll take the Amaterios A3 approach. The Beys will have the right combos, but the Layers won't have metal and won't have multiple pieces. Then, the Disks would be hollowed out a bit. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Real_ilinnuc - Mar. 18, 2019 Something that give me hope is the fact that GT doesnt have much metal in the layers, if any at all. the metal is all in the weight chip. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - IronFace879 - Mar. 31, 2019 Considering it’s been a while since Tide Treptune and Asteroid Zeutron’s half as necessary reveals with a new package have been shown in images already, Do you think now is the time to find out if the Beyblade Burst Switchstrike Starter Pack Wave 8 images have been released? I would love to see if hasbro changed that blue Zenith to red and white. Most likely the thing with Zenith in the app being blue is the same as Aero' Angle being all chrome, and Hunter-S being all purple instead of light blue and white. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Barreto - Apr. 02, 2019 How do Hasbro Beys compare against their TakaraTomy counterparts across every Burst system (Dual layer, God, Cho-Z)? Also why can't you mix their Drivers (They look the same to me.)? Is there an easy way to tell drivers apart? I've noticed the Hasbro ones have a number on them (though I only have the first TT Valkyrie and 2 God Layer/Evolution Hasbro Beys). RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Suzaku-X - Apr. 03, 2019 (Apr. 02, 2019 11:46 PM)Barreto Wrote: How do Hasbro Beys compare against their TakaraTomy counterparts across every Burst system (Dual layer, God, Cho-Z)? Hasbro drivers have shorter white upper nubs, and they are usually solid plastic, while Takara-Tomy is usually clear. They can't mix because they were made to fit the teeth/slope system they come from, so putting a TT driver on a Hasbro bey warps the slopes and is too tight, while a Hasbro driver on a TT bey bursts easily. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - MagikHorse - Apr. 03, 2019 (Apr. 03, 2019 12:40 AM)Suzaku-X Wrote:I don't think the "shorter nub" thing is accurate. They look the same size to me.(Apr. 02, 2019 11:46 PM)Barreto Wrote: How do Hasbro Beys compare against their TakaraTomy counterparts across every Burst system (Dual layer, God, Cho-Z)? The whole opaque/translucent thing is usually an indicator, but a few TT drivers are opaque. Those drivers usually have some marbling to them though, and Hasbro doesn't marble their colors that way (as far as I'm aware). Takara Tomy versions of drivers usually come with a sticker to put on it (with a few exceptions, such as the Absorb from Random Booster 14, which is translucent anyways). If it's got a sticker, it's TT. Also, after taking a close look at them, I noticed that the copyright text on the bottom lip of TT drivers is also smaller than Hasbro's text. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - IronFace879 - Apr. 10, 2019 I felt tired of waiting another week so I just came here to say something random about Hasbro. I don’t like how Hasbro’s handling the situation based on metal-less (or metal reduced) beys but it’s been a while so we might as well ignore it. As a plus I do like the fact that a Valtryek V5 is about to come along (though for now I’d just call it SwitchStrike Valtryek V4 because there’s no other Switchstrike Valtryek V4). I’m having a concern about GT beys since they are after all the fifth overall generation in line with beyblade burst, as back then in the Hyperblades and Shogun Steel group, there was still a lot of backlash against Hasbro for still releasing uneditable metal beyblades, so there might be a possibility for this to be the case as well for GT beyblades, similarly to unremovable god chips and absence of level chips (I do believe Hasbro’s never gonna do that). I know there’s a reason, because Hasbro doesn’t want anything to break, which is why they never make beyblade parts to thin and tiny, but it didn’t explain Noctemis and Strike Valtryek’s (mostly Strike Valtryek) parts and abilities and most of all, the Xcalius Sword Launcher. This is why I have a clear speculation, that this may be the end of Hasbro’s beyblades starting with GT and the controversy of uneditable parts, so bad even Hyperblades and Legends won’t save it. It’s just a matter of hope that Hasbro will actually do something that might work out. Unfortunately, I don’t see it happening. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - MagikHorse - Apr. 10, 2019 Hasbro's not gonna stop while there's money to be made, and I'm pretty sure they're still selling. People here might not have the highest opinion in a general sense, but a lot of other people still buy them. RE: Hasbro's Beyblade Burst – Out in Canada and Australia, international launch 2017 - Tempo. - Apr. 13, 2019 Heads up to my Australian friends! Wave 6 switchstrike is out with Orichalcum, Amaterios and Blue Garuda! It might be the only good Hasbro beys left ever, so i definitely got them. |
