Cracks or like white lines inside the plastic? Because mine has that too, even from the Random Layer Collection release, so it should be fine.

The place where I can lift is where the shuriken part is, the clear plastic can be lifted.

It looks fine. It's not uncommon for plastics with a metallic shine in the dye to have those swirl marks. I believe the Wolborgs exhibit similar marks, and so does the gold C-3PO PEZ dispenser that happens to be lying on my desk, actually.

As for the clear plastic around the orb, that's normal too. Mine does the same thing. Those two sides are not held together by screws, so that's just something that can happen.
