I went to Walmart and there really wasn't anything good but the amount of people there was insane. But oh well, at least I got two of my items on my christmas list on Amazon.

Thanksgiving was awesome for me. Saw my family and step brothers I haven't seen in a while. Gotta work tomorrow afternoon. But at least I can sleep some.

So I have an opportunity where I have a slim chance of moving. If the opportunity doesn't happen I may move anyway on my own. is it bad I wanna move out of country. Not to far but maybe somewhere in Canada one day.

We've thought about moving our family several times. Canada, New Zealand, Norway, and Costa Rica have all been on the table at some point.
In the end, we always stay. The community we live in now is great, and the schools are excellent.
Maybe one day.

Dark_Mousy Come to Los Angeles, CA! Thing is jobs are scarce, perhaps you could work where my dad works: Parsec, and not the parsec that brought you Slender. It's a railroad yard, but stock up on breathing masks, there's actually battery acid stench where my dad works, but if he could live, than everyone else could too.

i think it should be illegal for state troopers to set up check points to search average people who havent done anything but drive on that road so they can look for everything they possibly can to give citations to fill their quotas and then at the same time speak rudely to the people they stop and accuse them of being criminals theyve arrested before BEFORE theyve even ran your information to find out that you actually have NO criminal record
we get in this situation today on the way home from grocery and secondhand toy shopping for christmas. about 7 state troopers had a checkpoint set up a quarter mile from our house. they stop us and make us drive into a sand quarry area and surround us with their vehicles. one came over to my window and flipped out at me when i reached for my wallet in my back pocket after i was asked for my id and then was told it was suspicious behaviour and then he said i was familiar and he knew me from a history before and im like ...um no, i stay out of trouble. he went off to run my info. maybe he shoulda done that first before implying im a criminal, but he came back and told me my address was wrong because the address on my id isnt the house we currently live in. so im cited for having a false address. i also got cited for removing my seatbelt in order to reach my wallet. i was also told im not supposed to be driving because my id is an id and not a license. well no s**t sherlock, i dont have a license ...probly why im sitting in the passenger seat. so i wasnt even driving and got cited for three things
my gf got cited for having a bad sticker and her registration not being up to date even though she already did it online 2 nights prior. she also got cited for no seatbelt because she has bad anxiety attacks about having one on, but they didnt care to even allow her to finish saying any of it. they opened the vans side door to check the back of the van. our groceries spill out all over the ground. she gets cited for having an overloaded vehicle. well yea... you kinda have to buy a lot of groceries to feed 4 kids and 3 adults. the kids in their carseats terrified and crying.
after they had us . they stopped stopping people as we saw everyone else drive by. they had removed their spike strips from the road so that people could pass through
neither one of us have a steady income. i have virtually none at all. were both on assistance. 4 kids is really expensive. the last of my savings has gotten spent for christmas & she is broke from christmas shopping. we have hundreds in fines coming our way with no way of paying any of it
were sitting here trying to decide what christmas presents for the kids to return, what groceries to return, and what we can find around the house of ours to sell because if we cant come up with the cash childrens services may become involved and they certainly will if their mother is taken off to jail and they will be taken and split up either adopted or into different foster homes because they already said thats what they were going to do. their father is in no position to take on his 3 plus his new kid and my gf's fourth, her father doesnt want anything to do with her, he wont even look at her, but she is not mine by any sort of legal adoption or gaurdian
so im sitting here thinking about how much i hate the police. weve been literally screamed at for just asking questions or attempting to give explanations and its not the 2nd or even the 3rd time ive had similar experiences with the state police
a low income family struggling to make ends meet on a daily basis and stretching everything as far as it will go for the holiday has been put in a very tight spot and their family christmas ruined all because some state police needed to fill their quotas
ive been fuming mad all night because criminals always drive minivans with child filled carseats and loaded with groceries. im suprised they didnt ask if we stole them

I do not know about where you live, but you should be able to easily go to court with all of this and at least delay having to pay everything, and in the best scenario, you explain what happened and the judge is reasonable. Besides the transportation, here you do not need a lawyer or anything like that.

i imagine something of the sort may end up coming into effect.
weve just been too busy and severely angry for the rest of our day/night to really even think of anything to do or come up with a plan other than trying to figure out how to aquire cash.
i dunno. still looks grim
i thought when you got tickets or fines or whatever a citation entails that you would at least get some sort of paper about said crime against humanity. the cops handed us no sort or paper anything whatsoever and told us itd be in the mail
