I also have two Hasbro stadiums I can bring if needed. I'm not sure if people would want to use them, but I just take them nonetheless.

I don't think so... my original Idea was a month from Saturday (past). So that would put it at the first Saturday of November (roughly) that way we can get maximum publicity/attendance!

Right. We (The BSF) can't do the first saturday/weekend of November. Other weekends could work.
If it isn't too much to ask, could I be the one to type up the application? If we're so hard pressed to obtain WBO certification, I think I could make the event sound even more legitimate. Plus, we (the BSF) have tournament organization software and a PayPal account, so we could handle the entry fees. But this is after we can get 8 confirmed attendees and figure out where in the park we're going to meet up; wouldn't want to pull a darkwolfff and leave people waiting.

I think that sounds like a flippen great idea. We should check with Beyblade+Spirit cause He and I have been doing a lot of the planning. if you see his previous posts you can see the park we had (tentatively) decided on. If the first Saturday won't work then how about Saturday the 23 (this month)?
Oh, and if you could run the proposal by me that would be good (just wanna see).
