Facial hair works for very few people. Convincing people with facial hair to shave it off is a pain. They all think it makes them look grown up, older, or more manly.
I suppose it does, but I don't want my friends to look like old men. I want them to look like attractive boys. With faces as smooth as a baby's carp. To me, there is little worse than kissing a guy with too much facial hair *shudder*

Some people can really pull off the scruffy look. For instance, five o' clock shadows are really in right now, especially among actors. (And for good reason -- it's carp hot.)
But I imagine kissing someone with an out of control bush on their lip or a full beard would be an absolute turn off. I know it would be for me.

i have reasonable facial hair growth. i usually shave about every 2 weeks (but it's pretty sloppy looking by then). (ps: im 17)

well, my excuse is that i'm too busy all the time, what with finishing high school and all. I'm not getting out of the house much, so I only shave when i'm seeing someone whom i need to be more presentable to.
Another point: I don't really have my own shaving equipment, i've been using my dads. I'll guess I'll go out and get some soon.
