Isn't that a winder aka the ripcord? I don't know why there are two of them for you though. Maybe the translation of the two words were very similar or something?

Whenever you get stumped you can just exit out and go back in and answer a different question

They will both work according to Hato.

Absolutely, in the last link at the bottom when you are viewing your Blader Profile. However, "WBORyukiba" might be too long a name even. You can try, though.

It's just within the 10-character limit Smile

I just changed my phone to something not overly recent and I was hesitating between that and an iPhone 5C, but either one would now be incompatible with the app ... It is so weird that the app does not work for the latest but not day-old devices.

Yeah it's been really annoying with me, because I have a 5C so I have to ask my dad to borrow his iPhone 5S every time to use the app haha.

RE: BeyCloud - TAKARA-TOMY's various ways to collect BeyPoints - Bey Brad - Sep. 09, 2015

The app is pretty bad in general, not surprised to see completely arbitrary hardware requirements.

Maybe we can make it a service offered through hosts that own supported devices?

RE: BeyCloud - TAKARA-TOMY's various ways to collect BeyPoints - loyd87 - Sep. 09, 2015

I think it could be a good idea but we only use this when a burst tournament is held.

RE: BeyCloud - TAKARA-TOMY's various ways to collect BeyPoints - ~Mana~ - Sep. 09, 2015

The list of devices compatible with the app is pretty disappointing. I'm still amazed that the iPhone 5 is supported but not the 5C, which runs on exactly the same hardware (ignoring the device's casing). Managing to use the app on my iPad Mini 3 instead, but not being able to use it on my iPhone 5C at all is rather annoying.

The app itself is rather disappointing as well. Putting a little more effort into the app's design and functionality probably wouldn't have hurt...

Okay, I'm sure someone has asked this already, but I just got my first Burst Beyblade—how do I register it with my online account? I tried just using a QR code scanning app, but the page it redirects to claims to be "forbidden" every time I scan it.

Are you scanning the code on the paper or on the box? You should be scanning the one that's on the instructions that are printed on the box.

Ah, yeah I think that was my mistake. I figured it out eventually; thanks!

lol i think most of us spent a while scanning the wrong QR code

Anyone know what the QR code on that piece of paper is actually for? I have about 3 copies of the same one and 1 different one. Looks like it says the same thing though.

RE: BeyCloud - TAKARA-TOMY's various ways to collect BeyPoints - Bey Brad - Sep. 12, 2015

It's for Takara-Tomy's own loyalty club.
