I couldn't agree more! I don't even know what Norman was doing with it! Nika would have deserved it a lot more and maybe be the first girl in burst who is a blader.

I think you're talking this way too seriously haha. That's like saying Sisco has to be super evil because he owns a bey based on Satan (even though Sisco is still one of the protagonists).

You're thinking that Nemesis would possess her or something, when it never happened with Norman and that it could easily just... not happen. Of course, imagining Nika possessed is practically impossible for me, but again, Nemesis didn't exactly possess Norman either. And sure, Nemesis does seem like a contrast to her character personality, but then again, Kensuke is kind hearted while Kerbeus is based on the guardian of the underworld and is certainly not as sadistic as Damian, and Tokonatsu doesn't have anything similar to Trident but likely because it's a minor beyblade in Cho Z, which is what I mean for Nika using Nemesis too, a minor beyblade that will be a regular non possessing top.

Bonus points if Nika shrieks a seemingly threatening name like "Nemesis" with her high pitched voice.

Nika not having Nemesis is a disservice to everyone tbh. How come Tokonatsu gets a God series bey in Chouzetsu and not Nika, hmm? It's almost as if Burst has a huge problem with letting girl characters do anything important, and as a result borders on sexism...

Well Chris technically has an important role, but blader wise, there is none. Which does suck.

Oh yeah, and having "Twin" Nemesis as a name only adds to it all, she's one of the twins haha.

actually about the nemesis part of it not being fit for nika it's not exactly true , metal series nemesis is depicted to be purely evil while in the normal myth she's neutral. she is the goddess of retribution, who enacted retribution against whoever succumb to arrogance , overconfidence or foolish pride she is implacable when it comes to justice. so it really wouldn't affect nika's personality that much. plus toko has trident who belongs to Poseidon who also is a neutral God. so it wouldn't be a problem

What do you think about the chouzetsu anime? - blazel - Aug. 14, 2018

Aiga is a boring main character in my opinion he doesn't train that much and was too strong from the start. I know some fans out there were mad at Valt losing most of the battles in season1. Valt  trained and trained how often does Aiga train? Most of the characters in chouzetu just beat Aiga one time after that they become kinda irrelevant and don't have much screen time.Fubuki should have been the mc it would be an interesting story about some who wants to follow Valts footsteps and Aiga could be the rival that was just born gifted or something.Suoh could be the best friend/rival. It doesn't make sense how Aiga beat Lui Within 15 episodes. What do you guys think?

Hi! It's great to see a review of the Chouzetsu series and I'm glad you expressed your thoughts about it.

Sasha was good, she just needed her own bey. Surprisingly, her win record ain't even that bad. She could've been better though, that I agree on.

I think that's because they didn't want to take the "Satan" [sorry Christians] too far... Not too sure but every time they put Nemesis into the scene, they go all on board... But Hasbro targets countries with most Christians in the areas.

Yeah that's a point. But TT takes Nemesis on really hard is my point... I just don't think that Nika has any relation with the name or figure of a Nemesis... Ken has his two puppets... I don't see anything like that with Nika... But I'm also saying she needs a Beyblade. Like really bad.

@[ThePheonix], yeah while that is true, Kensuke and Kerbeus served a much larger role so the similarities were probably intentional. Toko has no relation to Trident either, as Trident wasn't meant to have a huge focus or role, it just happened to be a beyblade a minor character used and I would think Nika was the same case.

I don't think blazel meant that. I think he meant that, since he has Trident, he should have a little more major role in the anime. After losing to Aiga, he just became another minor character who was there for the sake that somehow he has a kinda major beyblade. What blazel is asking for is a little more importance for him. And it's justified.
So maybe in further episodes, we might get a little focus or a sub plot with Toko?

Actually , The fact to know is that The leader of CURRENT Beigoma Academy is TOKO ( he had succeeded Fubuki in managing Beigoma Academy , than Shou )

What is he doing? How is the academy? These are some questions which come up. And since Aiga is the main focus and the whole gang including Souh is in America there is no focus on Toko. Why didn't he come to meet Fubuki? Because of Club duties, I get that, but show us a little of it? When I say A major character, I would expect him to be the Ken of this season. But yeah, as said before, maybe we will see more of him in future episodes.
But right now, for me, Toko is just another pawn on the chess board made to lose so that Aiga gets some glory.
