Technically Bakuten Shoot and Burst aren't in the same timeline either, no not even Bakuten Shoot Rising is in the Burst universe.

Yeah they were almost the weakest types. Seriously, I've complained about this on 3 sites already but with the exception of Zac, back in season one, if you were a stamina blader, you weren't have a above 50/50 win record.

Yugo......has he ever won a battle? Seriously Wakiya took him out with one shot, and I'm sure even Rantaro could beat him. He didn't even have a special move despite focusing on counter attacks and friction reduction, Teru from the Metal Saga did this right.
Jin, functionally (insert MVCI joke) his bey works the best out of all the stamina types sans Zeus, and was a fun character. 50% win record because Shu needed more hype lol.
Zac: go to tv tropes ymmv for the full reason, but Zac does not deserve any of the hate he gets. Dude carried the stamina type for that whole show for 23 episodes straight.
Season 2
Free: Thank heavens they didn't make his bey a defense type.
Sasha: Good character, just needed a Switchtrike/God bey or just have her be the new Gaia
Ghasem: A well needed battling style separate and unique enough to have a stamina type while also showing how stamina types can use friction to more offensive abilities. Shame Red Eye broke his bey
Clio: The one dude who I thought was going to make it in the God Bladers Cup and one of the few people to dab on them haters who makes it work. Also, Clio's a freaking troll

 Ah I was wondering if you read TV Tropes YMMV until you mentioned it haha.

To me, I felt like defense type bladers, while almost all consistently good never had a super powerful blader in the same league as Shu, Lui, Valt, Free etc. until Phi. To me I thought attack type bladers overall were the most OP.

Yeah I know, I added that because I kept going around to find opinions on Zac, most of which were just downright ridiculous or true to the character. 
Yeah it was odd that the Supreme Four didn't have a defense type in their midst.
I'd say God/Evolution and Super Z hasn't had that problem yet. Although Joshua was kinda broken, seriously, how did Lui even beat him?
Its a tie between Attack and Balance for the most OP now.

Joshua was kinda broken at first, but it was against booster beyblades, and never against a starter beyblade, a better question is how Xhaka easily beat him, 2-0 in fact, not even like 2-1.

I actually didn't add him, that was kitty. There are some people who like Yugo, and some who don't. To me he just loses too much to be credible but I don't hate him. 
Stan on the other hand, he could go get pummled by that girl with nunchucks straight in the nuts.

Cuza isn't one of the strongest bladers ever and he beat Kurtz who is incredibly strong. To me I feel like Aigas battle outcomes, whether if it was his win against Lui or his loss against less powerful ones after was just Plot Induced Stupidity. I can somewhat understand Laban because he is a Z4, but not Kyle. However, let's look at it in a less "Aiga fights bladers and gets progressively stronger opponents", and just refer back to how Kurtz won against so many bladers and then lost to Cuza.
