cause the $5 thing kills me every time... and i don't mean to complain about the additional fee which is y i'd rather not say it. -.- popping in tournaments for free was the purpose of me buying my passport in 2010. paying to enter a tournament kinda defeats the purpose for me. T.T

It goes toward the prizes for first, second, and third place. New York barely gets any money from WBO fees now because everyone has passports so this helps maintain a nice selection of prizes.

i know. a nice selection of prizes is good but saving money by going to free events is even better. I know it costs money to make money but in this case, i'm losing more money than i intended.
