The design looks great, it definitely reminds me of Duo Apollo, but more so the Crown clear wheel from Metal Fight Beyblade. The driver looks odd but it's interesting too.

I think Mb is metal Bearing, it makes sense after all, it can’t be dash so yeah. As for the chassis, I’m pretty sure that on the Uranus beyblade it has 1D Wheel while Lucifer has a double chassis. It looks like this in the pictures at least.

It seems that Lucifer is similar to Helios the same could be said for "Uranus" and Hyperion so theory time the dark versions of the Hyperion of and Helios respectively are placeholders for these beys.

It looks just as weak as it did in the silhouette, but at least it looks awesome. I doubt the Variant ring will see much play with so many little spikes, as this sort of design has failed constantly in the past, but I'll reserve judgement on everything else until we can get more info on it.
Interesting to note that Lucifer is the first Sparking chip with no chip core compatibility, and Variant is the first ring that doesn't fully encompass the top edges of the chassis. Instead you sort of get this pair of arches, which is a pretty neat design and will likely make it easier to remove the chassis from Variant.

I personally believe this ring is gonna be mid tbh, better alternatives definitly, just as majikhorse said, this type design turned out terrible in the past, lets just hope the parts can carry this combo. Especially how entrieging the driver is

Looks like there is something coming out of a chassis. Metal like "blades" maby thats the gimmick. Remember in the spoilers of episode 15? ( if I'm right about episode number) Lane said that he will beat Lui without even touching his bay.

Apparently if you look at the purple in the teaser for this bey you can see that it has giant blades that pop out and guard the inner layer

Just to bring information over from the Uranus thread; CoroCoro apparently mentions this to be Variant Lucifer Mobius 2D and will release as a Starter on July 18th 2020. It will include a black Sparking BeyLauncher R.
For discussion on the new Uranus, please ensure that discussion stays in it's designated thread.

The gimmick: Note in the image above the large red fins/blades extending outwards from the bey. They are quite large, it just looks like the background of the picture at first. I'm sure TT have picked up lessons from trying this in the past, I am curious how effective this idea will be now.

Thanks for the info! Glad that there's hope for this Layer/Chassis to actually be good. I wonder if it'll act like the Cho-Z Awakening System or something more akin to Variares
