A little late notice, but we recently applied a fix for the file upload issue, so you should be able to upload tournament logos, avatars and thread images once again. If anyone still has any persisting issues, please let me know so we can escalate it!

Feel like this should be noted somewhere. We've made some adjustments to tournament pages for users in our "Guests" and "Awaiting Activation" usergroups.
- Guest users will no longer see the "Join Tournament" button. A "Login to join!" button will now appear in it's place, redirecting to the login form.
- Users who have not activated their accounts with their activation email will no longer see the "Join Tournament" button. A "Please verify your email address" button will appear instead, redirecting to the email section of the account settings.

Sometimes, images just display a picture of a gauge with the message that 3rd party hosting has been temporarily disabled, and that I need to unlock something in Photobucket to see the image again. For obvious reasons, this only happens to images uploaded to Photobucket.
Any word on how to fix this?

It's a Photobucket thing, nothing any of us can fix. If that appears, it basically means that that user needs to swap the image out, as Photobucket isn't supporting it anymore.

I have seen many spam related things here. I've recorded 2 of such events. 3 threads of same weird topic appear when only I am active, in India afternoon or American midnight. Why this happens, anyone who knows about this

Spam bots leak through our filter from time to time unfortunately. We try to purge the spam posts as soon as we find them though.

I notice I'm not getting notifications for being quoted? I'll keep an eye on it, but it's the second time I've noticed today that someone quoted me, but there's nothing listed in the notifications corner.

I've tested the three issues stated, and all are functioning properly. I can't recreate the issues, haha.

Though it's possible someone may have edited in the quotes after the fact, it's odd that it might occur to every single one. Not impossible, however.
I suppose we can only try to find out. @[Adarsh Abhinav] and @[Kei] are some people who recently quoted me (Adarsh in this current thread and Kei over here), did you edit in the quote after the initial post or something?

We're trying to figure out what might be what's causing it. Mana thinks maybe the post initially didn't have the quote and it gets added in with an edit. I'm guessing you didn't do that to both posts, right?

Just a heads up that the Organizer's Quiz will be going down for maintenance as of tomorrow, and will be down for an undisclosed amount of time.
During this time, we'll be swapping in a new set of questions, and also improving on the system in some areas to address some recent issues and concerns with processing time.
If you imminently need to put an Organizer's Quiz in, please do so ASAP today to avoid having to wait until the Quiz returns!
