Because each person loves a diffrent Blader. If a person loves Rantaro, and not Ranjiro, this person will buy the Bey of his favorite Blader. It's a marketing strategy.

A few details I noticed:
- The Chip Core on Ragnaruk seems to be the same one as the one from RBV 19
- The Wh Disk has the same Disk prong shape as Paradox, making it immune to Burst Stoppers
- Xc and Zn seem to be Disk+Driver Fusions, like Generate, since the prongs don't have abbreviation unless the Disks are part of the Layers.
- The parts at the end of the combo seem to be 1 Attack, 1 Balance, and 1 Stamina
Something I want to add on to the conversation about Ragnaruk is that I think that Ranjiro's Ragnaruk is going to be one of the RBV 20 pulls instead of just having both of them share the same Bey. Even when Ranjiro had cR, Rantaro had bR, which was from the season before, but Crash is two seasons before, so they're probably going to get separate Beys.

Rantaro and Ranjiro will most likely share that Ragnaruk since they both appear in the same new character design. I do not like the idea of them sharing it tho, it seems kinda lame.
I like the idea Zankey talked about a while ago about them having the same layer, but then have different chasis and driver. (Just like Grand Cetus in beyblade metal fight explosion)
There is a possibility they might introduce Rantaro in the anime first and then later introduce Ranjiro with another Ragnaruk.

I think if they're gonna just pad it out, they could just have it be Rantaros Ragnaruk then Ranjirou's for the random booster as a prize bey or the reverse. I think because they just both own ragnaruk and the number of characters for the campaign they bundled it like that. 3 characters each time and maybe if they did Rantaro and Ranjirou separate for 1000 retweets originally it wouldn't have gotten attention.
Just a thought I hope it isn't like Gemios where they share the same bey that be lame.
