Obviously “plot armor battles” are more than just plot armor, they’re pretty good decision in the long run. But of course we can’t actually talk the stuff I posted, just vague descriptions of it. As for advertisement, I also fully explained it beyond that. But actually confronting everything I said? Pfft, vague description will do. RE: Beyblade Burst Sparking Episode #35 (November 20, 2020) - EarthHelios - Nov. 11, 2020 Spriggan is gonna run over a car RE: Beyblade Burst Sparking Episode #35 (November 20, 2020) - Eclipse Force - Nov. 11, 2020 I don’t just say “Lain vs Valt had plot armor in it, but I’m biased so don’t care”. I acknowledged it had plot armor, while also stating a point. I was talking about how tea, Lain had to use plot armor to beat Valt, losing to Shu would be a lot more impactful for him since he had been training up to this point to defeat Shu. In the long run it’s a solid choice. I also didn’t just say “Lucius needs to look cool for money”. I acknowledged he still does, but didn’t base the arguement around that. I also went over how Lain’s abilities and the potential strength if the new Lucius could easily stand up to Spryzen, especially with Limit Break. RE: Beyblade Burst Sparking Episode #35 (November 20, 2020) - Vtryuga - Nov. 11, 2020 Well doesn't it make sense for lean to have a rematch against Shu? I mean hes defeated every other legend except shu .. and the reason he made the new lucifer is to counter shu? So it would.make sense for him to challenge shu so early as you guys say. The point about lean beating shu the second time can be said as plot armour but tbh we've already seen him beat all legends which shows he's stronger than all of them. Lucifer the end is just a superior bey than spriggan. So it would make sense for it to win right? Wouldn't It have made more sense plot-wise and marketing-wise for this to happen: Lane to Break the Asahi Bros. Beys, then loses to Aiga. Valt Would have battled Lui or smth, then Aiga vs. Valt and Valt wins. The Asahi Bros. get new beys and challenge the legends, defeating them up to Lui. Lane then appears and gets a new bey(The End) and proceeds to break the top three. Final showdown, cool graphics etc. What would be rly cool is if the bros lose to lane but make him see the fun of beyblade. This is a better plot and it elevates all the beys for marketing. Idk why the writers didn't go with this, it was really easy to formulate. Well Aiger logically concluded that shield and sword wouldnt work, so he went for speed. However speed means that it gets a loss in attack power. which would give Lucius the upper hand. An Aiger vs Valt rematch would happen, but I don't really see a reason to. A match as important as that would definitely also appear in the manga, however there's no reason for it to appear in the manga as there wans o backlash against the manga verison. Reason why is hat Aiger's win against Valt in the finals is actually, well, reasonable. I do kindal ike your ideas though, but they seem a little and sloppy and rushed though (Nov. 11, 2020 4:33 AM)Admiral W Wrote:(Nov. 11, 2020 4:13 AM)Eclipse Force Wrote: No, your misunderstanding. Battles strictly relying on Plot Armor with no other factors thrown in, just plot armor, aren't very good. Same goes for advertisement. If a win is strictly for advertisement, with no other supporting factors, it a stinky win. Makes sense? That's not even counting the absurd bias I have, or at least heavily toned down. Not saying you can't like Lean, just saying that you have the very unpopular opinion that's kinda tipping logic in Lean's favor. If you, you know, read the post you replied too you would see that Lean beating even the top blader in the world as the finale of his training, then finally accumulating insane (literally) levels of Flare, going to fight Shu who he's been training all this time to beat and losing. Thats hella more impactful than just losing to some guy who happens to be the top blader. Yes there was plot armor involved into getting the win against Valt, however overall its a solid decision. Anyways I dont feel like going into the Shu battles cause I'm lazy and have already provided one example. |
