If I were you my deck would be
1. Perfect Phoenix Blitz Xtend+
2. Lord Spriggan Sting Charge
3. Cho Z Achilles 00 Atomic
The Perfect phoenix combo is probably your best combo. Blitz provides weight and has surprisingly good opposite spin LAD. I would say use that for your first choice.
The Lord spriggan combo is a really good KO attacker. It rarely bursts, but can burst other beys. you should switch to it when your opponent has a right spin atomic combo because it can most likely KO or burst the opponent.
The Cho Z achilles combo is a good counter to perfect phoenix. It outspins and occasionally bursts it.

If I may submit some revisions:

1. Good enough combo, quite an item short (Outer) to make it quite formidable, might be good to use 0 or 10 for that instead as well for more LAD? It would be good if you can also get a Cross Frame with that Xt+ for part synergy in case you'd still use a Core Disk.

2. Might suggest to switch Sting with Blitz or Ratchet and Charge with Orbit Metal/Octa/Rise if you do decide to swap out Blitz from pP above to make a spin equalizer instead

3. czA.00 Glaive.Destroy is what I run back then, but you can also use Sting.Octa for it as a stationary smash attacker with some stamina to spare

Those two looks good although I'm not a huge fan of Dm. PP atomic would be a great right spin counter, and Judgment is a flexible wild card. For the 3rd bey, you might need something to beat left spin combos (especially Bearing). Probably a left spinning Lord or Zwei?

Your Atomic will be no good against Left Spin. Dimension is not that good a choice for Judgement.

Not especially. Your ZD combo is okay, not amazing. Orbit runs kind of high, that'd be better off lower.
Lord Bahamut is okay I guess.
Archer Hercules in deck format is good but a liability, someone can switch to judgement and nuke you for 2 points if you stay using it after a win. If you use that and win, you HAVE to immediately switch to something else for the next round.

Problem is. I barely have any new attack tips. And I'm getting union Achilles for xtend plus. But because of limits I have. I can at least only buy 1 Beyblade a month at least.

Because charge just keeps tornado stalling and scraping when knocked down

If you have Jolt', use that.
I would honestly put Atomic on that and put something else on aH.

Don't have lord or Zwei. I only got gt beys in June and I was in a different country for 3 months so I couldn't get any other beys

Can someone suggest a good attack deck for 3on3 using ONLY rubber tip driver? I'm planning to use Hn', Jl' & Qc' as I don't have X'. I have the most commonly use layer and disc EXCEPT Sting.

I'm unure if I should put Xtend+ on pP or Lord. Since Lord is a judgement counter with Xtend+. I would use bearing but I lost it. I still have atomic

Hybrid works great for a tornado staller on, say, Cho-Z Spriggan. KO defense also works well against Judgement.
