Tempest has no attack, it’s used for stamina
Also brave and rage are usually better than hollow for attack

Yeah, it is one of the only so-called "God" beys that earned that name. But if you're that guy who wants something legendary, go for Lord Spriggan (Lord Spryzen from Hasbro kinda sucks and it only kept that duel-rotation gimmick)

Hollow may be decent for attack under different combos, but Tempest is mainly stamina. Rage is definitely the hardest hitter when paired up with 3A or 2S. I guess Brave, Hollow, Zwei and Judgement would probably follow behind.

Lord Spriggan isn't that good for attack, it just has a bit of everything
