The sun’s bright rays reflected of Jaden’s Shine Angel 100R2F’s sparkling fusion wheel. The place was packed with excited bladers from across the state, ready for the 2012 BeyBash tournament under the giant dome of Hillary’s Stadium. He looked over the crowd down to BeyPark trying to spot his friend Daniel who was late as usual. Where is he? thought Jaden.
“Attention bladers! The battles will begin in one minute!” announced the commentator over the mic. People started entering the stadium. He always leaves things to the last minute Jaden said in his head, starting to get frustrated at his friend for being so late. He turned to go into the stadium when he heard a voice yell behind him.
“Wait for me!” yelled Daniel from across the park carrying his bey and launcher. His short unfit body sweating like a pig as he wiped his forehead.
“‘Bout time!” Jaden shouted back to him, “I thought we were going to miss it.”

We were in the rooms out the back of the stadium.
“The place is packed.” Daniel stated the obvious.
“Yeah, but they’re all amateurs. Me and you will flog all of them. See you in the grand-final.”
“Yeah, then I’ll beat you, win all that 2000 points and defeat this mystery champion,” said Daniel all cocky, “But that Brad fellow over there looks like a challenge. He is considered best blader South Stadium.” Jaden’s eyes gazed across the room to where Daniel’s stubby finger was pointing. A big bloke stood clearly above the crowd.
“We’ll see how good he is in the stadium.”

“Finish him Shine Angel!” Angel smashed into Jaden’s opponents Bey out of the stadium. His opponent fell to his knees looking down at his bey in disbelief. Jaden yawned. The tournament had been a breeze for him and Daniel and no one could challenge either of them. “And Jaden and his Shine Angel advance to the Semi-finals!” said the commentator. Jaden looked to the stadium next to him. Brad was playing another blader there. Daniel came up behind Jaden. The blader versing Brad’s bey flew out of the stadium.
“Told you he’d be good,” said Daniel. Brad’s bey came back into his hand. Jaden squinted at Brad’s bey. Armour Rhinoceros H145WB, a good defence type. Then Jaden realised that he was staring right at him. Jaden saw a glint in Brad’s big brown eyes lasting just a sec then he turned away.
“Hey look!” Daniel ordered tugging Jaden’s white T-shirt, “You're up against Brad in the semi-finals.” Jaden looked back at Brad in his black singlet and torn jeans. He was a really muscly, tan dude about six and a half feet high and wore a black bandana that covered his shaved head. He had big gold earrings and a sleeve tattoo down his right arm. He was about 17 years old: a year older than Jaden and Daniel.
“The results are in. The four semi-finalists of todays BeyBash tournament are, Jaden Gatti, Bradley Thomson, Daniel Cooper and Trey Slatter!” announced the commentator, “The bladers will have 5 minute break before the semi-finals, so don’t go anywhere!”

Jaden stood up to the stadium. His eyes were locked on Brad’s and Brad’s were locked on his. They both raised their launchers. “Ready!?” asked the commentator. The crowd cheered and started counting down, “3,2,1, Let it rip!!!” Their beys launched and hit each other in mid air. The collision was almost like it was in slow motion as Shine Angel and Armour Rhinoceros collided then it sped up as the beys landed in the stadium. Angel being an attack bey started going into the sliding shot while Rhino spun in the centre of the stadium. Angel smashed into Armour Rhinoceros sending it back about five centimetres. It kept on pushing him back over and over again closer to the edge of the stadium and once it had finally pushed it onto the edge Rhinoceros went around Angel with incredible speed and started pushing angel towards the edge. Angel was starting to get low on stamina and it was being pushed back with ease by Rhino who still had plenty of stamina left. All the eyes where focused on those two beys even though there was a battle going on between Daniel and Trey in the stadium next to them. “Special move!” yelled Brad, “Trampling Stampede.” Rhinoceros’s beast came out of the bey. A giant Rhino in steel armour charged at Shine Angel with incredible speed.
“Special move!” said Jaden. The wobbling Shine Angel was engulfed in a giant flash which lasted a couple of seconds and then the blade was gone. Rhinoceros stopped charging.
“Huh, where’d it go?” asked Brad whose question was answered straight away. A beam of light which appeared to be coming from the sun and hit Armour Rhinoceros which set it on fire. Shin Angel fell out of the sky smashing Armour Rhinoceros out of the stadium.
“The winner is Jaden!” yelled the commentator. The crowd cheered. Brad started walking back to the stadium.
“Hey wait,” Brad turned back. “Good battle,” said Jaden. They shook hands.
“Yeah, whatever,” Brad turned back and left.

“And that leads us to todays Grand Final!” the commentator shouted over the mic, “today we have seen many great bladers but two have stood out from the crowd. Give a round of applause for our grand finalists, Jaden Gatti and Daniel Cooper!” The crowd went wild.

Up in the VIP seats above the crowd a person hidden in the shadows sat on a designers lounge drinking a mug of black coffee.
“This will be interesting” said the mysterious figure who put the empty mug down and started shuffling a deck of cards. He took the top card from the deck and looked at it. He smiled a grin of satisfaction. “Every time,” he whispered to himself. His butler walked in dressed in a black and white tuxedo.
“Should I refill your coffee, sir?”
“Yes please, Butler,” Butler took the mug and began to leave when the dark figure spoke again. “Oh, and Butler,”
“Yes sir?”
“Tell me everything you can find on this Jaden Gatti,”
“Of course sir, right away.”

Back in the stadium the two friends came up to each other and shook hands.
“Let the best man win,” whispered Jaden into Daniel’s ear.
“You won’t win this time Jaden,” Daniel whispered back, “I got a surprise for you this time.”
Jaden frowned and wondered what Daniel could have possibly meant. They had known each other for a long time and Angel had always beaten Daniel’s Tornado Hippogriff, not that it was a bad bey, it was just that Angel was better. What did he mean? They both stood up to their side of the side of the stadium. “Ready?!” the two friends raised their launchers. “3, 2, 1, Let it Rip!” Angel moved quick attacking Tornado Hippogriff UW145SD straight away. Hippogriff managed to dodge a few strikes from the advantaged attack type against the stamina type bey but the majority landed starting to knock it off balance. A direct hit on Hippogriff made it start wobbling dangerously close to the stadium floor. Angel came around with incredible speed about to take the finishing shot.
“Special move,” said Daniel with a a big grin starting to spread over his face. Jaden hesitated. Daniel had never used a special move before today. “Resurrection Tornado!” a mini tornado started around Hippogriff. Angel bounced off the the tornado and his attack was stopped but no damage was taken to angels spin rotation.
“Huh?” grunted Jaden, “What use is special move that causes no damage to my bey?”
“You’ll see,” the tornado stopped and Hippogriff was spinning perfectly balance and had full spin rotation. Angel was beginning to tire and was losing its spin rotation.
“Resurrection tornado protects me from all attacks during the tornado, meanwhile it balances my bey and the tornado powers its spin rotation back up to full,” lectured Daniel, “It’s like I launched the bey a second time.”
“Well you aren’t the only one with a special move,” Jaden shot back at Daniel, “Special move! Shining Sun Strike!” A flash of light reflected off Shine Angel and once again it vanished. “I’m not falling for that trick,” said Daniel, “Resurrection Tornado!”
“You can use it twice?”
“Yeah, and like I said before, it reflects all attacks.”
A beam of light reflected of shine’s sparkling fusion wheel set alight the tornado. Angel dived into the spiraling flames and the fire burst out. The crowd covered their eyes from the brightness of the flames. There was tension as everyone under Hillary’s stadium stared to see which bey had won while the smoke cleared. One bey stood spinning weakly in the centre of the stadium. “And it looks the winner is...” started the commentator trying to work out which dark spinning top was still standing, “Jaden Gatti and Shine Angel!” The crowd cheered. “Not again,” groaned Daniel at his loss.
“Better luck next time Coops.”

Back up in the VIP section at the top of the stadium the butler returned to the figure sitting on the lounge.
“Your information on Jaden Gatti, sir.”
“Tell me what you found,”
“Grew up in Warwick, pretty standard life, and best blader North of the city. His bey is what is interesting.”
“What about it?” asked the man hidden in the shadows.
“Its 100 and R2F are nothing special but we were getting an immense amount power from the fusion wheel and energy ring,” continued the butler, “They have properties that I have never seen before. It can use the suns rays to set objects, in this case beys, on fire. It is made an unknown mineral.”
“That is interesting,” said the figure moving his head into the light. He had silver eyebrows, silver spiked hair, even silver eyes. He held a card in his hand which he was staring at. “Butler?”
“Yes sir?”
“I want to verse Jaden Gatti,” demanded the man.
“Yes sir, right away,” the butler left the room. The guy dropped his card and it fell onto the floor in the light. The card he had been holding was the ace of spades.

Confetti shot up across the winner podium as the crowd cheered. Brad stood in third place, his face was expressionless and he showed no sign of joy for his achievement. He just tried to keep his cool. Daniel stood in second place staring in awe at his shiny silver medal. Jaden stood tall and proud with his gold medal.
“Congratulations to the three winners!” more confetti shot up over them, “Now for the mystery opponent that will verse the winner...” The butler ran across the stadium and whispered into the commentators ear. Jaden tried to eavesdrop on the conversation but it was too soft for him to pick up what the butler had whispered.
“What? But he is just a kid...” said the commentator. The butler whispered one last thing to the commentator than ran out. “It appears that there has been a change in the mystery opponent. Jaden Gatti will be versing... the Ace.” The crowd was stunned. Whispers started stirring up in the crowds. “The Ace is here?” “I heard he was ranked third.”
“What?” gasped Daniel in disbelief, “you have to verse the Ace?” On the other side of the stadium walked out the 22 year old man known as the Ace who was ranked third best blader in the world. His silver hair sparkled in the sunlight. He wore a silver lined black coat, black jeans and black leather boots. He wore a ring made of silver with the ace of spades carved into it. He walked up to the stadium and took out his custom made grip, made out of silver of silver with the ace of spades on the launcher. Then he took out his bey, Spades Ace CH120WF and put it on his launcher. Spades was rumoured to be made from silver and had two spades, like the picture of the card, on opposite sides of the bey. Jaden switched back on realising he was standing still and staring at his opponent, bewildered that he was going to verse the Ace. He took out his launcher clumsily and put on his bey still shocked by the fact he was versing Ace. “Ready? 3, 2, 1, Let it rip!” Jaden pulled back his rip cord with more force than he had ever used before using the adrenaline from versing such a highly ranked blader. The two beys hit the stadium and starting whizzing around the stadium in a circular motion. Spades Ace was a much faster bey than Angel and was moving with at an incredible pace to make contact with Jaden’s blade, even though Jaden’s beyblade was thought to be extremely fast. Ace came around the corner with a crazy amount of speed and Jaden knew Angel wouldn’t be able to take the hit. “Dodge it Angel!” Shine Angel moved to the side but it wasn’t fast enough. Spades Ace scraped the side of the bey which knocked it to the edge. Angel slowed down for a bit and then sped back up continuing the circular formation. The same thing repeated itself a couple more times, Angel just getting nicked on the side, but it was still causing a lot of damage to Angel’s spin. What would happen if Spades Ace got a direct hit? Jaden stared at his bey starting to slow right down. Ace powered around the corner coming up to Angel. It’s now or never “Special move! Shining Sun Strike!” Angel started to reflect the suns light of its fusion wheel but it didn’t stop the other bey, which seemed to be speeding up. Ace charged into the light and a flash engulfed both the beys. Once the half a second flash had occurred everyone looked back to the centre of the stadium, after covering their eyes from the blinding light, where both beys had vanished. Jaden and the Ace instinctively looked up into the sky. Jaden gritted his teeth while a slight grin started to appear on the Ace’s pale face with his spiky, silver hair sparkling in the sun. The two beys where having a mid air battle. Ace was attacking Angel ferociously hitting his opponents bey over and over again. Angel reflected the suns rays off Shine trying to hit the Ace but amazingly the bey was able to dodge it in mid air. Angel spun the beam it sent at Ace around and around. Jaden was starting to loose hope as they fell towards the Earth. Finally he landed a hit on his opponents bey. Ace was engulfed in flames.
“Yes,” Jaden said accidentally out loud. A cocky smirk crossed the Aces face. A look of doubt appeared on Jaden’s face. Why is he smiling? He turned his eyes back to the beys.
“Special move,” said the Ace in his deep voice, “Blade Acer.” Spades Ace spin rotation appeared to speed up and the fire burst off the bey. Then two cards came out from under Spades and were flung at Angel. More cards popped out and Ace started shooting a storm of them at Angel. The cards however seemed to be doing a lot of damage to Angel and Jaden could tell by the sound that the cards were made of some type of steel. Angel disappeared under the mass of cards that were flying over it. Ace stopped launching the cards off and hit the stadium still spinning and shot itself through the pile of cards that had fallen down. The cards flew up into the air and Spades Ace was spinning victoriously next to Shine Angel who was motionless. The Ace’s bey flew back into his hand and he walked over to the commentator and took his mic.
“Good morning people of Dranzer Island. Quite a tournament we had today and I would like to congratulate everyone who entered. But three people stood out to me today,” Jaden, Daniel and Brad’s faces all appeared on the big screen in the stadium. “I was sent here to see if anyone at this tournament was worthy to receive one of these.” the Ace pulled an envelope out of his pocket and took out a ticket from inside it, “This in my hand right here is a Beyblade World Tour Team Entry Pass. These three bladers...” continued Ace pointing at the big screen, “have earned themselves this pass to go around the world in team battles to verse some of the strongest bladers in each country before going to the World Championships!” The crowd cheered at the top of their lungs. The Ace threw the pass threw the air to Jaden who caught it. He looked down at it. “Beyblade World Team Pass”.

The three bladers entered Dranzer Airport, the only airport on the small tropical island. Dranzer Island is located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean well known for the great surf and resorts. It is also known for its love of beyblading as it was discovered by bladers who named it after their beyblade idol, Dranzer. It had a lot of great bladers but hasn’t had to many professionals since team Royal Flush came through and defeated the best on the island 3 years ago and the bladers who lost went into hiding.
Daniel snatched the Pass from Jaden.
“Where do we go?” Daniel asked while skim reading the entry form.
“We are supposed to meet a guide who will tell us what is going on,” answered Brad. A slim girl about 25 years old with long, wavy red hair appeared to be walking up towards the boys from the other side of the airport.
Daniel whispered into Jaden’s ear, “Do you think that is our guide?” The lady continued to walk towards them.
“Hello,” she greeted, in a french accent, “I am Nathalie and your guide to make sure you get to the your destinations on time and don’t do anything to stupid while traveling the world.” She said the words with a sense of humour but with seriousness at the same time. Daniel’s cheeks went red as Nathalie shook everyone’s hands. Somebody’s in love thought Jaden.
“Your first stop is Rome, in Italy, which leaves in nineteen minutes so we’d better hurry.”

Jaden stared out the window looking above the clouds from inside the plane and dreamed of flying. Having wings like a bird, or like his bey Angel, soaring above the clouds without a care in the world. He gazed at the clouds for minutes, frozen. Brad and Nathalie hadn’t said a word since they got on the plane and Daniel had finally shut up from half an hour of nonstop chatting. Finally Jaden could relax and get some peace and quiet. Nathalie was the one who broke the silence, “Do you guys have a team name?” she said from behind the seat behind the guys
“Ah, no. We didn’t know we need one,” said Jaden.
“You’re supposed to have a name to enter World Championships.”
“Thats easy,” Daniel broke in to the conversation, “Team Daniel.”
“No,” Brad said straight after Daniel’s suggestion.
“Team Super Cool, The Spinners, Team Winners...” Daniel listed out names they could call themselves.
“How about the World Spinners?” Brad said.
“What?” said Daniel, not expecting anyone else to speak up.
“Well we are traveling around the world, right? We are spinning our beyblades. The world spins just like a bey. We are spinning the world.”
“I like that one,” Jaden said.
“Me too,” agreed Nathalie.
“Fine. World Spinners it is then,” said Daniel, outvoted by the others.

Hours passed by. Jaden gazed out his window the majority of the trip. They found out that Nathalie’s computer can give statistics on bey parts. Daniels beyblade, Tornado Hippogriff UW145SD, is a light weight stamina bey. The facebolt and energy ring depicts the creature of mythology, an eagle body at the front half and the back of the horse at the back of it. Brad’s Armour Rhinoceros H145WB is a heavy weight defence type. The facebolt showed the head of a rhino and the energy ring was a heavy weight grey disk with two horns going around it. Armour was a really heavy shaped like rock and had four contact points which could provide massive recoil with little damage to the bey itself because of the weight it carries behind it. Shine Angel 100 R2F was an attack type bey. Its facebolt showed a picture of a halo, the energy ring showed two wings. Shine was the real surprise though. The mineral that Shine was made from couldn’t be found on Nathalie’s laptop but it was able to reflect light and magnify it like a magnifying glass which had the ability to set things on fire. It is as strong as diamonds and doesn’t seem to have too much weight behind it which Nathalie continues to think is wrong due to the powerful smash it has behind it. The wheel was shaped like fury with only two contact points and the metal had been shaped into two wings.

The plane started slowing down and they could see the city outside their window. The plane landed ten minutes later in the airport. They exited the plane and saw the big sign which said ‘Welcome to Rome’.

We are the World Spinners. A Beyblade spins. The World spins. The world spins like our beys. Some might say our beyblades spin the Earth. Then it is our job that the world doesn’t stop spinning.

The World Spinners got out of the airport with no fuss besides when they were caught up by Daniel who had left his bey in his pocket when going through the metal detectors. The group decided to explore Rome in a taxi seeing all the great tourist attractions and sights in the glorious city before there battle tomorrow. As it got dark they searched for a good restaurant to stop by for dinner.
“Lets have a pizza!” suggested Daniel full of excitement, “Why not while we’re in Italy?”
“Sure pizza sounds good,” said Nathalie, “That alright with you guys?”
Jaden nodded in agreement with the decision for dinner licking his lips at the very word of pizza.
“What about you Brad?” Brad never really answered and just kept staring out the cab window aimlessly. He gave a shrug as if couldn’t care less what they ate.
“Ok then. I’ll see if I can find a good pizza restaurant for us,” she said as she pulled out her laptop and searched for a place to stop by.

The cab parked out front of La Montecalo after ten horrible minutes of Jaden and Daniel singing “Pizza, pizza! We like to eat the pizza!” on replay. The two friends ate as much slices of pizza as they could there hands on leaving only Nathalie and Brad a couple of slices each out of three pizzas. The waiter came to there table to clean up the dishes
“Did you enjoy your meal?” he asked while collecting the plates.
“Great!” said Daniel rubbing his full tummy, “Nothing like pizza to power bey spirit.”
“Ah, you guys are bladers?”
“Yeah,” Jaden stepped in, “We are here to verse the Italian champions tomorrow.”
“Really? I suppose you will be versing Luigi then?” said the waiter still collecting the plates.
“Who is Luigi?”
“He is my brother and the head chef of the restaurant. There is nothing he likes more than a good beyblading battle and the wide grin on a customers face that had bitten into a slice of his pizza. Speaking of which did you enjoy your meal and did you try the Spicy Special?”
“Yeah! That pizza was my favourite.” Daniel said remembering the taste of the pizza.
“Luigi cooked it,” the waiter boasted, proud of his brother’s meal that had been liked so much by his customer, “He has always had a thing for anything hot. Always loved spice and even his blading style is kinda... fiery,” he continued as if talking to himself. He took a second staring in thought at the ceiling. “Ok then,” he broke the silence coming back to the real world, “I hope you enjoyed it,” he said now backing towards the kitchen.
“Thank you,” said Nathalie being polite, “Ok guys we should probably head back to the hotel now so you can get some rest for the battles tomorrow.”
They all got up ready to get back to the taxi besides Daniel who was still in his chair look at the back of the menu.
“But... but we haven’t had dessert,” he whined, “and they have fried ice-cream!”

Jaden opened his eyes, his cheek throbbing with pain. He looked up to see Brad’s brown eyes and black bandana on his head.
“Waky, waky,” Brad said getting off him and going to Daniels bed. Jaden stretched and yawned then got out of bed. Brad hit Daniel across the face softly but with him enough force to wake up and give a little yelp. Jaden stroked his cheek remembering his rude awakening. The World Spinners all got changed, had breakfast and left to go to the cities BeyPark.

Most countries in the world have a BeyPark now. It has become such a big sport with heaps of bladers around today. They were half an hour early so they decided to verse some local kids but no one was a match for the three World Spinners. After about half an hour a shiny, tinted, black 4wheel drive pulled up in the Stadium parking.
“That must be them,” indicated Brad.
“We should go check,” Jaden said walking towards the car with the others. A very tall pale man stepped out of the car followed by a shorter, but still relatively tall, fat man. The taller man wore a brown jacket, jeans and a trilby on his bold head. The fat man had a finely twirled brown moustache with brown hair and a bold patch in the centre. He wore short jeans with braces going over his shoulders. He reminded Jaden of Super Mario if only he had the hat and was wearing a white shirt with a picture of a pizza and the words ‘Pizza, Pizza Please’ instead of the red shirt Mario wears.
“Excuse me,” Jaden said, “Would you happen to be...”
“So you guys are the guys we have to verse today?” interrupted the fat man in a very hard to decipher italian accent.
“Ah, I think s...”
The man grabbed Jaden’s hand, “My name is Luigi,” he said giving hi a handshake, “and this is my buddy, Ezio,” indicating towards the old man. They exchanged handshakes and greeted each other.
“So you must be the World Spinners, eh?” asked Luigi, “Ready to battle?”
“Ah yes but aren’t there supposed to be three of you?” pointed out Jaden.
“Yes,” answered Ezio, “But he will unfortunately be running a bit late, but in the meantime you can verse us two.”
“Ok then. What are we waiting for?”

Inside the stadium next to Rome’s BeyPark Luigi stepped up to the launching plate.
“Ok then, who’s up first?”
“I will go,” Jaden responded to Luigi’s challenge stepping up to the other launching plate.
“3, 2, 1, let it rip!” Shine Angel went into the sliding shot wasting no time while Luigi’s bey spun in the middle of the stadium. A defence or stamina bey thought Jaden. Jaden looked harder at Luigi’s Beyblade. Wait is that a... nah, it can’t be, I mean, that would just be weird.
“Hey Nathalie,” Daniel said to the guide.
“Yes?”
“Can that laptop read the statistics of a beyblade while inside the stadium?” asked Daniel.
“Yes it can. I’ll just look up Luigi’s bey n...”
“No need for that,” Luigi interrupted, “That computer hardly does it justice. CrustPizzaB105RSF is a defense type beyblade which packs a bit of a punch. The bey has no facebolt and the clear wheel pizza depicts melted cheddar and fine slices of pepperoni. Crust is a thin circular fusion wheel cut into eight slices but no major contact points. Base105 is the nice thin circular pizza base spin track that spreads out to the edges of the Crust fusion wheel. RSF is the performance tip that makes sure the pizza doesn’t slide off the plate. It might still need a few more ingredients but it is already a recipe for disaster.”
Jaden giggled, trying not to completely burst with laughter. It is! Daniel cracked up bursting with laughter. “A pizza beyblade?” he laughed, “This guy is a joke.”
Luigi yelled at Daniel in italian and although no one could really tell what he said the words didn’t sound that pretty. While Luigi was distracted Jaden took the chance to make his move. “Go Angel!”
“Huh?” Luigi turned back to the battle. Shine Angel landed a direct hit on Crust Pizza knocking it halfway out of the stadium.
“You may off guard this one time, but it won’t happen again!” his bey started going back to the centre of the stadium but Angel was too quick coming back around for another hit from the side but knocked him back no where near as far as the last hit he landed on him.
“That’s it. Time to step this up a little,” declared Luigi. All of a sudden the brown fusion wheel clicked into the center of the bey and Crust Pizza started to attack Angel ferociously. Both beys started taking more recoil than the previous attacks.
“What just happened?” asked Daniel confused.
“B105 is seems to be attached to the energy ring and fusion wheel and it can switch the bey inside out,” Nathalie replied quite impressed wit hCrust Pizzas trick.
“What?”
“Basically the energy ring is on the outside now and crust is in the middle. The switch is made so instead of minimising the recoil with Crusts circular shape it has split into eight pizza shaped triangles to make a stronger attack with recoil.”
“Oh, I get it now.”
The two beys ground against each other.
“I must say that this is the weirdest thing I’ve ever done versing a pizza in a bey battle,” Jaden said. Angel circled around and hit Pizza hard using its speed to beat Pizza’s recoil.
“You have proved quite a match. Guess it’s time to add my missing ingredients. Crust Pizza, special move. Spicy Special!” Flames burst out of the holes in between the slices of pizza knocking back Angel.
“What?” laughed Daniel, “He named his beys special move after his pizza? This guy is a joke!”
“I am going to burn your bey to cinders like a pizza left in the burning oven for a whole day!” Angel got smacked buy the whirling flames.
“Hang in there Angel!” yelled Jaden. Luigi laughed manically at his bey smacking Jaden all over the place.
“Lets finish him Crust Pizza!” the flames disappeared and Crust Pizza was spinning weakly where the fire had once burned.
“Grrr, running low on stamina. Speed yourself back up Crust Pizza!” B105 started switching back and forth manically and Pizza started to regain its spin.
“Now what?” asked Jaden after all the tricks Luigi’s bey had already done during the battle.
“B105 is moving the slices in a pattern that goes around the bey, one slice at a time, fast enough to regain its balance and spin!” remarked Nathalie, once again amazed by this beys capabilities. Angel started slowing down, starting to run out of stamina while Crust Pizza had completely regained its. Pizza charged at Angel sending Jaden’s beyblade spiraling out of the stadium.
“I am the victor,” announced Luigi triumphantly.
Jaden smirked, “I wouldn’t be so sure about that.”
“But I just...” Luigi stopped and looked around for Jaden’s bey. A white beam descended from the sky landing on Crust Pizza who was in the middle of the stadium.
“Lets cook this pizza! Shining Sun Strike!” Shine Angel landed directly on top of Crust Pizza shooting it out of the stadium. Angel spun for a couple more seconds in the centre of the stadium then ran out of spin.
“The winner is Jaden,” announced the referee who was there to record the results the battles. Jaden went and collected his bey from the middle of the stadium. Luigi crawled over and collected his beyblade off the floor.
“Could the next two contestants please step up to the plate,” called the referee. Ezio walked up casually to his side and Daniel ran over to his plate. Daniel put hippogriff on his launcher while his tall opponent had a massive bey hanging off his.
“3, 2, 1, Let it rip!”

Tornado Hippogriff UW145SD moved straight to the centre of the stadium only to get knocked out of the way by Ezio’s super tall beyblade.
“Checky please,” said Jaden impatiently, wanting to find out all the facts of Ezio’s bey from Nathalie’s cool laptop.
Nathalie sighed, filming the beyblade with a camera on the laptop which then identified the bey for her, “Lean Tower Column280XtremeBall, a defence type beyblade,” she said reading off the screen, “It has no facebolt just a flat cement energy ring. Lean is a circular energy ring with two major contact points and is also made of cement with half of it hollow causing it to put itself off balance immediately.”
Jaden looked at Lean Tower. She was right. Although nothing had happened to the bey yet it was wobbling already.
“However,” continued Nathalie, “this is one of its greatest attributes. With it massive height from C280, another cement circular cement piece the same diameter as lean, it uses the wobbling motion to smash an opponent out or cause great damage. XB allows the bey to move like this without going to off balance and scraping the ground and because this beyblade is so heavy it can cause some massive damage.”
Tornado hippogriff got smacked back by the wobbly giant. Daniel gritted his teeth. He knew his light bey had no chance against this heavy weight champion. Just need to outlast him thought Daniel. Lean Tower came slowly but surely towards Tornado Hippogriff. Hippogriff dodged the massive, aggressive style defence bey’s swing at it just in tim. At least he is slow, must be the first bey my stamina bey can outrun.
“Leaning Tower, step it up a pace,” Ezio ordered. Tower came crashing down on the floor sending chunks of the stadium flying into Hippogriff. Lean Tower continued to smash the ground destroying the stadium and Hippogriff’s remaining spin. Daniel’s bey started to wobble which was a bad thing for him unlike Ezio’s bey which had almost run out of spin too. It was approaching the final minutes of the match.
“It’s now or never,” called Ezio, “Special move!” Lean Towers bit beast, which looked identical to the leaning tower of Pisa, rose high out of the dome. “Seismic Smash!”
“Special Move! Resurrection Tornado!” a mighty tornado rose out of Hippogriff. The pillar of stone and the pillar of wind hit each other both equal in height. They appeared to be equally matched, locked against one another waiting for a point of weakness. The tornado then became to overpower Lean Tower as Hippogriff regained his spin rotation, pushing Ezio’s blade back slowly. Hold him off Daniel said in his head. Ezio’s face was expressionless like it had been for the whole match, hadn’t even budged once. It was starting to creep Daniel out a bit now and he started to lose concentration. Then instantaneously Lean Tower from out of nowhere started to push Hippogriff back regaining ground on the opposing bey. Now Lean Tower had the upper hand. It started to merge into the ferocious winds and came collapsing down on top of Hippogriff. The winds split and faded as Tower shattered the stadium sending shards flying… and Daniel’s beyblade. Daniel rushed over to his bey fearing that his Tornado Hippogriff UW145SD hadn’t turned into a Squashed Hippogriff 20WF. To his relief his beyblade was unharmed. Lean Towers massive bit beast returned to the bey and the bey jumped back into Ezio’s hand. Ezio walked back over to Luigi.
“Not another stadium,” groaned Luigi, “Do you how much they cost us?”
“So when is your last man coming?” asked Brad.
“Knowing him, he should probably be here pretty soon,” Luigi replied as a red ferrari pulled up outside. “Told you.”

“Hydro Shock”: Hydro Narwhale & Electric Berserker: Team attack with Hydro Narwhale: First, Narwhale soaks the opposing beys with water, then Berserker zaps them, after that, Narwhale creates a water typhoon that Berserker charges with electricity.
“Rock Strike”: Hydro Narwhale & Magma Saurian: Narwhale fills the stadium with at the same time, Saurian releases a flow of lava, trapping the opposing beys in rock, defenseless against a water/magma spear strike.
“Hydro Kantana Blitz”: Silent Samurai & Hydro Narwhale: Narwhale lifts Samurai, Samurai creates a kantana and Narwhale adds high pressure water jets to it, they attack together, while Samurai slices with the kantana, narwhale flips and uses water jets to grind the opponent’s clear wheel, and increase its spin velocity, causing the opponent’s bey to completely stop by Narwhale’s grind or get KOed by Samurai’s attack
Team attack 2: “Electric Kantana Dive”: Silent Samurai & Electric Berserker: Berserker goes around Samurai as a shield while circling the stadium (like the moon is Berserker, earth is Samurai and the centre of the stadium id the sun) and then Samurai shoots up in the sky, descending with Samurai spinning a kantana charged with lightning and Berserker keeping the opponent bey in one spot by surrounding it with a electric fence
Team attack 3: “Magma Kantana Dive”: Silent Samurai & Magma Saurian: Refer to “Electric Kantana Dive” team attack with Berserker’s parts replaced by Saurian
Team attack X: “Inzori Finale”: Team attack involving all the Team members: first, Narwhale soaks all the opponent beys, next Berserker zaps all of them, while the opponents are distracted by Narwhale and Berserkers team attack, then Narwhale fills the stadium with water at the same time, Saurian releases a flow of lava, trapping the opponent beys in Rock, allowing the entire team the time to do “Infinite Magma Hydro Electric Kantana Attack” without any opposition.
