Here's how they can finish Lain:
So it's the final round of Hyuga vs Lain and Lain is losing and no matter how much flare he puts out he can't win. Hyuga just wants a fun game for Hikaru to come back too and doesn't like how Lain is angry. He remembers what Shu said about Lain taking Shu's words the wrong way and he tells Lain he's kind of dub cause Shu didn't say he was a failure h e just said he needs improving. Lain is like woah really but his pride won't let him accept that. Shu comes down and tells Lain he's sorry if he came off harsh and just wants him to come back to the red bulls. Lain realizes his faults and how he was abusing flare and ruining peoples days just cause of a misunderstanding. He sees Shu ain't a bad guy and goes back with him (oh yeah his bey burst btw).
