yes 1pm tournaments usually last to 4-5pm

guys check out this combo tryed it it is insane use brave valkrie ring and chip for attack 2d chassis for defense and guard tip from blast jinnius for balance and from either takara tomy or hasbro

You'd have to use the Takara one as you can not mix parts...

I believe the bringing one person with you is for participants.
