I've always loved the idea behind this RC but I was pretty sorely disappointed when I finally got my hands on one.

So my question is, is there really any use for this RC or is it just a novelty?

I remember how widely loved Customize Clutch Base (Dranzer V2) was and seeing as how this is a rough translation of that same idea to HMS I thought it would be more applicable to HMS strategy, but I haven't really been able to come up with any compelling way to use it.

So... Feel free to share your ideas. Smile

(P.S.: If this topic sounds a little forced, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things and to contribute more to this part of the board. So yeah... Suck it.)
I was disappointed when I tried it as well. Endurance mode doesn't last long, but when it turns to attack it's already too weak to do anything. It's also really easy to knock out in either mode. Never really found a combo that made good use of it that couldn't work better with something else instead.
I actually preferred Dranzer MS Manual Change Core to this. Or if I really want something that changes between modes during battle and does great in both, I just use Metal Change Core, which is also lower.
My favourite was always this:

AR: Advance Attacker (Upper Attack Mode)
WD: CWD Eternal Survivor (Force Smash Mode)
RC: Tornado Change Core

Try lining up the WD both ways to see which one works best for you.

Wouldn't it be better to have Advance Attacker in force smash mode because of Tornado Change Core's height?
You can do that if you want, but I like this way. Lips_sealed
Upon using it, I always thought it was too weak when it switched into attack mode to actually do anything.

It's fun to wait a while just to watch it suddenly move around more, though.

I think it is due to a difference in manufacturing of the clutches. Some of my Tornado Change Cores change modes earlier than others.
It's not amazingly powerful, but it's nice to use and not useless. I'm using with Jiraiya AR and circle heavy.
