I want to know which partes come golden, just layer or all the bey.

I think the whole bey, including the parts, are golden.

The golden part is just the layer (layer base and GT Chip). The rest of the parts do not have a golden colored part.
For the ones that came in random boosters, I think only the layer base is golden unless the GT chip is new (Tact Longinus only has a golden Tact base, but the Longinus chip stays purple)
