I am pretty sure everything I have ordered is legit. I have been checking descriptions and pictures for Takara Tomy, as well as Sonokong for Korean items.
I am looking to get a new arena. We currently have the Max Stampede Hasbro Stadium (the red one) and the Triple Battle Stadium thing (with the cores). That triple battle stadium is really bad unfortunately. We don't mind the Max Stampede Stadium but we are interested in getting something similar to the BB-10 Attack Type Stadiums. I am having difficulty finding one of those stadiums for a decent price as they all seem to be in the $40ish range. I was wondering what people's experience with stadiums such as:

Pretty sure it is a 3rd party company, but it doesn't look too bad and $12 with free shipping seems like a pretty cheap stadium. I find it weird that they send you two stadiums in order to keep it "solid."
Any other cheapish stadiums that people can suggest (hopefully $20 or under)? Please link me to some eBay auctions and/or a website that can take Paypal, preferably with low shipping to international (Canada). 
That is a fake stadium as everybody before heaps of times and unfortunately the atk stadium can only be purchased from BB-10, BB-32, BB-76 or BB-107

Should i get BB-117 Strongest Blader set for $35 or BB-96 for $28.80.. Hmmm I would like some Pre-HWS bey but i don't want to miss out on blitz either..
- No, those HMS are simply BAD... Driger MS found some uses, but the other two are BAD.
- What Rusty said. Strongest Bladers Set must be at the top of every wishlist at the moment. The reasons, are given in almost every post above yours.

IMO, Dranzer MS is great. The AR is good for upper attack, though outclassed my others, and I also like the Running Core. So IMO, its great! But, I dunno if its worth for $20.... I'd say yes...
It not great but if you're looking for a not terrible first hms or a cheap decent NIB one than that is it IMO.

Well, considering your question- which ones to buy first, I assume you are buying all of them one by one. Here's the order-
Best to Worst-
Hell Kerbecs
Scythe Kronos
Basalt Horogium
L Drago Destroy
Fang Leone
Gravity Perseus
Flame Byxis/Random Booster 7
Screw Capricorne
Big Bang Pegasus
Reasons- Most of the members will suggest you to get Basalt first. But, as Hell Kerbecs is great uncustomized, I keep that towards the top. If you have no BD145, then HK has to be your top priority anyway. Scythe Kronos, again similar reasons to HK, just that Scythe Kronos BD145EDS makes a deadly combo. Now, time to buy the killer Basalt which needs no explanation. L Drago Destroy is a great attack wheel, though F: S is negligible. Fang Leone again, has a good attack wheel Fang. Gravity Perseus is also a powerful attacker. Now, Flame Byxis and RBV7 are tied, because Flame Byxis is required especially for 230, but from RBV7, you may get a Beat Lynx which has TH170. So, its upon you. Then comes Screw Capricorne. Many people might say it should have been placed higher, but IMO, the other beys are quite better compared to it. BBP is not THAT useful, and you'd seriously need 230 to be able to use BBP to its full potential.

Neither of those are very great purchases. BB-108 would be good only if you're getting a real one.
The first link is fake. The WBO never endorses the purchase of fake beyblades, it is robbing from TAKARA-TOMY so I urge you not to, ever, purchase fakes.
The metal system pegasis booster in the 2nd link is genuine and legal, I'd reccomend buying that, out of the two.

Eh, I'd guess so. LF isn't that good, and as long as you have another RF that's a good deal. D has its uses on 230 and TH170 and Bull is pretty good for defense.
can anyone recommend a parts seller who has RF in stock and either CH120 / D125 /85 tracks, they should also be able to ship to uk (I know toywiz sell parts but they are a rip off)

That's a tough one. If you like stamina, and if you think Phantom and/or B:D will be useful, then go for LDD and Phantom. If not, go for MLD and LDD.
