I'm sorry to report this, but I can't organize this tournament. I've had to postpone this tournament 2 times because of the cold. But this time my health is not good. I will not postpone it any more because then it would not make sense to "Time to go 2019". I think Estonia's first WBO tournament will be during BeyDays.

@[Kei] or @[~Mana~], please delete this tournament. Sorry :(
