I did my test of Xt+(stamina) vs Br in the following fashion:

Layers: Sr (blue) Sr(red) to be used in opposite spin
Disk: painted green 7 disk (x2) from hK triple set
Driver: Br (2 white copies 1 Gray one) vs Xt+(stamina) (one red Xt and one Orange)

Launch: all soft
Spin direction: were switched after 10 rounds on both layers, keeping Opposite spin.
Disks:swapped after 10 rounds
Drivers: Gold/white Br#1 10 rounds, Gold/white Br#2 and Gray Br 5 rounds each.  Red and Orange Xtend each 10 rounds.

Sr.7.Br vs. Sr.7.Xt+(Stamina)-Opposite spin:
Sr.7.Xt+   13OS (65% win)
Sr.7.Br       7OS (35% win)

Many many ties.  I think Xt+ win % is probably actually higher.  I only took down results when I was sure.  I did not record and go back on slow motion.

10/2/18 added: I had some time so started testing the different modes on Xtend+ .  Still keeping the layers and disk the same with no frames.  I am concentrating on the driver alone for now.

Sr.7.Xt+(Attack) vs. Sr.7.Xt+(Stamina)-Opposite spin/soft alternate launch:

Sr.7.Xt+(Attack)     12OS (60% win)
Sr.7.Xt+(stamina)  8OS (40% win)
4 ties replayed
Could you try lad frames on each or Bump.?

This test was designed to test Br vs Xt+.  As much as I am able, I tried to keep other variables in check.  I have tried frames already on my own but did not record results.  And I certainly didn’t test frames enough to post here.  I’m not sure how much of testing like this I can take, there were many, many, many ties or too close to calls.  I think I rather watch the wind blow.

I was surprised by what Xtend+ looked like and that’s why I decide to test it.  I may do more with frames but I need to recover first.
Can you try comparisons between Xtend+'s modes and the typical choices?
So:
Attack:
Winning Valkyrie 0Bump Xtend+ (Attack Mode) vs. Archer Hercules 10 Eternal
compared with
Winning Valkyrie 0Bump Xtreme vs. Archer Hercules 10 Eternal

Defense:
Archer Hercules 10Cross/Glaive Xtend+ (Defense Mode) vs. Winning Valkyrie 0Bump Xtreme
compared with
Archer Hercules 10Cross/Glaive Atomic vs. Winning Valkyrie 0Bump Xtreme

Stamina:
Archer Hercules 10 Xtend+ (Stamina Mode) vs. Hell Salamander 10 Bearing
compared with
Archer Hercules 10 Eternal vs. Hell Salamander 10 Bearing

I may get to more testing later but I can already tell you from my recent tournament preparations that in (Stamina) aH.10.Xt+ out performs aH.10.Et against hS.10.Br.  That is why I ran aH.10.Xt+(stamina) at yesterday LA tournament...only to be smashed by rP (stock).  Haha I kinda knew that match up could be a problem bf we even launched.  So sad when you see your opponents Beyblade like that.

The attack mode is very hard to control, actually even the defense mode is kind of hard to control.  I have to save up some patience....

Don't worry take your time.
Can I ask how wide the Attack Mode is? As wide as the normal Xtend tip or wider? How tall are the Stamina and Attack modes compared to normal Drivers?

Not at home so can’t check the width.  It is short.  Stamina mode is a little bit taller than Et.  Attack mode appears taller than Stamina mode.  I do not have a proper caliper to measure the actual height.

I do want to say that I actually think Br and Xt+(stamina) is actually pretty close in opposite spin. There were just so many ties...

I think if I did it a thousands times it would be closer than 65% and 35%.

I am not going to do it 1000 times...

No I mean, is the Attack Mode at a normal height (basically the height of all Drivers before Chou-Z)?

Will have to get home to check that for certain. Et is the 2nd shortest in the game I think behind yard (shortest) and taller than jolt.  Xt+ Stamina is taller than Et by a little.  If I guess now, attack is probably shorter than pre Cho Z drivers.

Ok yes, Xt+(Attack) is shorter than Xtreme.

I will add this to initial post.
Concentrating on the Driver alone and not using competitive combo vs competitive combo yields not very useful results.
That's like recording results for Guardian Kerbeus Heavy Xtend+ vs Guardian Kerbeus Heavy Bearing. Pointless in regards to the meta.

For Sr, best to use Zero and Bump(or Proof) frame. Honestly, just use hS for the layer instead.

*constructive criticism ^_^

Point taken and you are right about competitive combo testing.  Thank you for bringing this up. I did neglect to say I am not testing competitive combos.  As the title states, I am testing the driver.  Most competitive testing are going be titled by the layer as layers interact with each other most directly IMO.

I am testing in order to rank the individual parts.  It is too hard for me to remember which exact combos beats what.  I much rather have knowledge of how parts rank against each other.  For example hS.0B.At will beat hS.0B.Br, because At beats Br same spin generally.  You can see in a test that I just posted today on 8’Proof vs Ω disk that I again held all other variables as constant as possible.  My attempt is to test parts in a experimental fashion.  And in an experiment you try to eliminate variables as much as possible.

Reason for choosing Sr is that it is a pretty round layer that goes both directions.  Both spin direction is key in this test.  Also the two layers I used are the same weight on my scale.

Reason for choosing 7 disk is because I have lots of them and it is decent.  Also basically the 2 disks are the same weight.

Reason for no frame is I do not want to introduce variables.

Reasons for using multiple Of the same driver.  Make sure I don’t have a super good/bad version of something.
Just want to confirm: Xt+ is very good. Last weekend in Japan a week after release everyone was using it and it was competing with Br, like Shindog’s tests suggest.

I went out and bought another zA because I didn’t bring my Xt with me to Japan ... lol

I did posted a test with 8’P as well.  That seems really good too.  Have you seen that in Japan?  I guess TT is doing paid DLCs.

Not really as far as I saw. Although it’s hard to tell the Core Disk people are using sometimes (it’s Outer or 0 from what I can see most of the time).

I haven’t tested either enough properly to have a strong opinion yet.

I use 0 as it is a nice balance of weight and LAD. I find 7 too light and 8 too heavy. I prefer to play it safe since risking a burst could mean the loss of a match at a tournament. Especially with the new rules for the first rounds.

Ah yes you are right. The burst-risk is greater with 8 though. Hence me playing it safe with 0
