I don't have the proto-winder, how do I remove it, I only have the launcher from Nightmare Longinus, the ripcord doesn't seem to work, it just goes right through the holes of the locks or clips. Is there any other way to take off the locks?

IF you have nightmare longinus, you ought to have the proto winder, unless you don't have Hasbro.
you need to remove the clips with prostusion, so try to remove with both sides

Honestly, using anything that’s small and flat, like the edge of a key or the end of most Burst winders Gould work. Just stick it in between where the bottom clip touches the top clip and push towards the middle. It should come off or loosen up.
