Spoiler (Click to View)DEAR LORD, I'LL NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT BURST LACKING TENSION EVER AGAIN!!! IS THIS SUPPOSE TO BE THE LIGHTHEARTED BEYBLADE BURST GOD?!!! xD
This episode... was fantastic. It's probably the one of, if not the best episode of the whole Beyblade Burst franchise. The battle between Lui and Red Eye was good and so was the battle between Lui and Valt. The reveal was lame but that's not the selling point of the episode.
The selling point is definitely Shu's flashback and his current psyche. He's become determined and ultimately insane now because he's no longer the mature, friendly, understanding and intelligent guy that he used to be. He's now this angry, hate-filled semi-villain and I absolutely love it. Whatever Lui, Free and Snake Pit did to him was pretty scary but in a good way and the trippy animations and imagery, whilst odd was a really nice touch. I liked seeing Shu evolve from a child prodigy that inspired a lot of bladers to this...
This is also the darkest Beyblade Burst has ever gone, but luckily it's done right.
One thing though... that Longinus getting cut in half is terrifying xD
Fantastic episode, a must watch for Burst fans.
