That was definitely it, and if you read the BeyDays announcement topic, you would see that we freed extra funds this year so that regions could buy more prizes and have a random raffle among participants, not just the top three people who won the tournament.

Does this only happen for bey days?

This one was for BeyDays, and was paid for by the WBO to celebrate this event. Any other raffles at any events would be at the organiser's discretion.

Sheet is done. Had to update the generator quickly for this, since now we record winning combos used only in decks.
